Dixons have been absolutely amazing with the sale and purchase of my new home. Even though we were going through a national pandemic the team were amazing, my dealings were mainly with Molly who is an absolute gem!! If it wasn't for her I dont think I would of had the patience to wait on my incompetent solicitor!!! Everyone on the team has been amazing, Abi, Pete, they are great at their job, they are an amazing bunch of people and I'm so glad I went with Dixons and had the pleasure of meeting them all! Dixons provided a very efficient and professional service selling our apartment after another agent had struggled to secure a buyer. An offer was received and accepted within two weeks, leaving to an initial feeling that they had earned their fee easily. It was what followed that proved to be invaluable. The buyers' solicitors turned out to be uncommunicative and incompetent and it was only through Dixons continual progress chasing that the sale was actually completed, so in the end the fee was well earned. Molly, in particular, is to be thanked.

Moving house is generally a very stressful and exhausting experience however Rojan, who was handling my application through from viewing to signing contracts, made the entire process pain free and simple. I was in the process of buying a property from here, but unfortunately unforseen problems were picked up on the survey. However Dixons were helpful and communicative throughout the process. Molly dealt with my case the most and she was very patient with me and easy to talk to. Samar, the mortgage advisor/broker at Dixon's was also very helpful. I found another property, and Samar continued to deliver the same friendly and reliable service despite the fact I had already paid for him and the property was with a different estate agent. He was never pushy for me to buy a property with Dixon's and willing to help me regardless of what property I chose. All the way through the process he was excellent. I now have an exchange date on the property and am very exited about moving. I found Dixons as a whole very friendly and clear and straight forward at communicating information. They also work very efficiently and are always willing to go the extra mile to help a client.

The worst experience ever. I contacted Dixons agency at the beginning of February as I was interested in a property to rent in Birmingham city centre. The agent booked and re-booked an appointment four times. For four times then, I was told that unfortunately the appointment had to be cancelled. I have been waiting for 2 months to view that property and after 2 months today I was told by the agent that unfortunately the apartment has been rented by someone else. That's ridiculous and disgusting. Absolutely no recommended.

We recently bought a property and sold our property through Dixons in Moseley. The whole process was extremely professional and very well organised for both the sale and the purchase. We believe that Pete Gilbert in particular went above and beyond what we have normally found in an estate agent to ensure that everything went smoothly. He always returned calls promptly and resolved issues very well, he seemed to really care that everything went as well as possible. The other people in the office were also very helpful.
