GoogleOverall a good experience this year (2018-19). Email comminication can sometimes be slow but normally just regarding broken appliances. A very helpful team nonetheless and probably best to visit them in store if you have any issues because they get on it quicker (not surprising because I imagine they have tonnes of emails to read through).

GoogleI have always found Direct Housing excellent. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. They respond immediately to all my (or the tenants') requests and problems. They have a good team of maintenance and repair people. All in all they take away all the hassle and worry of renting out a property.

GoogleHave been renting properties from them in the past few years. Knowing most of the people in this little office. They are kind and nice, happy to answer your questions. One of their stuff speaks Chinese that is very helpful to oversea students from China.
