Hello Patrick, I noticed your 2* review with no comments, and spoke to our staff to get some background. I understand you went to our sales office Saturday afternoon rather than the lettings office to collect your keys for your house, but the sales office was closed. The email you were sent to collect your keys has the lettings office address on it. I understand you did go the the lettings office in the end and collected the keys for you and housemates, but I'm not sure why a 2* review was left? If you are still unhappy about anything specific please contact our lettings office and speak to Melissa, she will be happy to help.

Hello Argyro, sorry to see you have left one star, but without saying why we can only assume it may be to do with having to vacate the house as new tenants are moving in in July. We contacted you earlier this year to ask if you wanted to stay on, as we received no reply we found new tenants for the house. I understand you now want to stay, but cannot as new tenants are moving in at the end of your tenancy. This was something which could have been avoided if you had replied to our emails or spoken to a staff member when we carried out viewings at the property, but in any event we wish you well in your new home.
