GoogleI would not recommend Cottons for letting out your property. Once they let it out they don’t care about you. Customer service is non-existent. Tenants are always calling me even though I pay Cottons to manage. Rubbish agent.

GoogleWe rented an apartment with them for one year the maintenance was not responsive at all it took 6 Months to fix a window that was not closing properly.

GoogleCottons auction has properly gone down hill, staff all gave a chip on their shoulder and are rude. Don’t get why when the number of properties they now have is tiny! Used to be decent, but really poor quality now and their rudeness and arrogance is a joke!

GoogleCalled to make a general enquiry and the woman was so rude. Blunt tone and didnt seem like she wanted to help at all. What makes you think I'd want to buy a house from a company like this? First impressions are awful. Please teach your employees basic phone manners!
