GoogleMoving in the middle of a pandemic should have been stressful and I have heard horror stories about other estate agents. However, Kori and Lauren have made sure our move went as smooth as possible, they have been extremely professional throughout and responded to our emails/requests quickly. Had a viewing booked and was guaranteed there were no earlier viewings available and that we would have a fair chance to view only to receive a text the night before cancelling the viewing as it was sold. GoogleWithin one week I was able to secure a tenancy and move into a new flat with the help of Matthew. Quite efficient and effective service from the very beginning at the viewing, throughout the course of securing the property, and until now.

GoogleAs a first time buyer the whole process was very new to me. The professionalism and support provided by Billy Knowles (Mortgage Consultant) was very much appreciated. He was always available to answer any questions we had and would often touch base to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.

GoogleI just wanted to share our recent experience with Connells. We were looked after by Billy, who was such a great help with our recent mortgage changes. He was extremely patient, explained everything clearly and responded to our emails/questions very quickly. I would definitely look to work with Billy in the future again.

GoogleTried calling 20 or 25 times no answer. Drove down to office closed yet open on Google. My advise dont waste your time try other estate agents. But this is my experience. You make your own mind up.

GoogleGreat experience. Bought a house through the kings heath branch which was a quick and easy process, then went on to rent out the property with the lettings team who let it within 5 days to great tenants. Overall very happy with my experience. Thoroughly recommended.

GooglePoor upkeep of looking after property despite paying management fees. In fact no house inspection reports for over 2years.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
