GoogleI have dealt with Centrick twice, this company help me to find the ideal property, a professional estate management service, especially a young lady named Tracy Lu who is very nice, she is friendly, helpful and responsible, she listened to what we said and care of our individual needs, I was grateful to her for the service provided.

GoogleWish there was less than 1 star as they would have definitely got that! Shameful company that doesn’t know how to manage anything let alone a building! Avoid at all costs!!!

GoogleExtortionate service charge yet terrible service, terrible response rate, and take weeks (bordering on months now) to get a lift repaired, to the point where 3 out of 4 are now broken. The property manager is conveniently unavailable every time we call and couldn't care less. Don't move into a property managed by Centrick!

GoogleAwful response rate. Every ticket is to raised online as telephone services are not available. Tickets don’t get looked at in a timely manner. Simple resolutions have been left unattended. Never recommend this company. Obviously incompetent at doing their jobs in a timely and professional manner.NegativeResponsiveness, Value
