GoogleI am new to Birmingham, fresh out of university. I am glad that I found Centrick through a friend because they really saved me from a lot of anxiety of looking for a flat in a new city. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They are very clear with their fees and quick with their service. I will use their service again.

GoogleCentrick property has been managing our block of apartment for the last 4 years. We have had a lot of issues with them i.e. lack of transparency, incorrect billing and extremely poor service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Only use Centrick if you want extremely basic service with no management oversight and are willing to pay hefty money.
