Absolute rubbish, my manhole and drain were spewing vile waste last summer,had to keep my windows closed i contacted Centrick and one week later I just went ahead and got a plumber in, to date I have still not been reimbursed, the place I live in is a converted house with four flats,Anglian water came round to do a report, I forwarded the email to Centrick, they did nothing and again this year same situation but worse,I had yellow shit and toilet paper spewing out of the manhole cover, Centrick are not interested, they need to change their policies and procedures.

Centrick almost cost me my house move…

Centrick almost cost me my house move due to the way they operate. Not only that but they took £420 from me for a management pack that they told me I needed. A week later they told me I couldn't have one and would refund the money. But even though they were entirely in the wrong asking me to pay £420 in the first place, then they tell me it'll be 6 weeks for my refund to be processed. 6 weeks goes by and then they tell me there's delays in processing refunds. All in all Centrick had £420 of mine sat in their bank account gaining interest for almost 12 weeks. I could have used that cash to help with the house move or to turn the heating on. Thanks Centrick.

I'm receiving threatening letters about outstanding bills that belong to the previous tenant, and now these letters are addressed to myself by name? How did they get my name? I've already registered with anothet company and provided the meter readinga from day one, I'm not paying for the previous tenant, why did centrick give them my name without my consent? I'm not paying someone else's debt. Please answer your phone so I can get an explanation for this.

AVOID! This is absolutely horrible building management company. Every time something breaks it takes them ages to acknowledge it and do something about it. Communication with them is is so poor, they ignore your issues and complaints. My intercom has been broken for over a three months and still no response on when this will be resolved despite me and the landlord chasing centric every week for an update. Avoid and go with different company!

Slow Communication and Bad Management

The lift has been broken in my building for more than six months which is incredibly difficult for those living on the upper floors (8 floor building). I was hoping Centrick would treat this as a priority, however after 4-5 months of managing the property they still haven't selected a contractor! Centrick have not kept the tenants sufficiently updated on the process. They do not respond to service requests or direct e-mails within a reasonable timeframe (took over 3 months to get a reply to my e-mail, and it didn't help me at all). It is also very difficult to get through to them on the phone (usually the "emergency" line just hangs up on you after the automated system, even during office hours).Furthermore, they cannot appear to locate £1.8k of my service charge contributions over the last two years (paid to the previous property managers). I fully understand that these things happen, however they have shown no interest in resolving this.
