GoogleExtortionate service charge yet terrible service, terrible response rate, and take weeks (bordering on months now) to get a lift repaired, to the point where 3 out of 4 are now broken. The property manager is conveniently unavailable every time we call and couldn't care less. Don't move into a property managed by Centrick!

GoogleAwful response rate. Every ticket is to raised online as telephone services are not available. Tickets don’t get looked at in a timely manner. Simple resolutions have been left unattended. GoogleThe best estate agency in Birmingham. They manage most of our portfolio and are always willing to show us flats on short notice. I have been dealing with Richard, Andy, David and Sarah all of whom are great and very easy to deal with. A fantastic team who are always willing to help!
