Very poor management company.Haven’t maintained the building - the lifts have not worked for over 3 weeks and it’s and 11 storey building.
Dear Katherine, we’re sorry to hear the frustration with the current lift outage and maintenance situation at Miller Heights, we are currently working with all parties to resolve a number of historic issues. We recognise that this is impacting residents and are engaged at all levels to find the right solutions for all Miller Heights residents. Unfortunately, the solutions to some of the issues are complicated but please rest assured, we are committed to rectifying this and will schedule a residents meeting as soon as feasible so we can discuss the concerns and solution options.We appreciate your patience and if there is anything we can do to help in the meantime please contact your property manager or get in touch with customerservice@centrick.co.uk

Some comments to thanks and appreciate Ms Hayley White of your lettings maintenance staff that work for your Birmingham office .When I had rented the property from centrick , had few maintenance issues that kept cropping up , However , Hayley helped me through and through to sort out all the issues to my satisfaction with her rigorous follow up with landlady and other maintenance team . GoogleI had a couple of intensive days looking for an apartment in Birmingham. One of the estate agents I dealt with was Centrick. The person who showed me properties was Harry Coughlin and he was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable about the properties he promptly followed up on all the questions I had and resolved all of them quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service from Harry and to be frank, a much better standard than the other estate agents I came across.

GoogleI had been looking for a place for over 2 weeks having just moved to England. I dealt with a few other letting agencies, and they did not meet my expectations. Searching all over the internet, I finally found Centrick Property. Once I viewed the place I was interested in, Matt tried his best to get me in during that same week, in which he did. I'm grateful for that, and if anyone is looking for a great place to stay, prompt service, and professionalism, then look no further than Centrick Property.

GoogleWhile searching for a flat to rent, I dealt with three agencies. My experience with Centrick was way better. This good experience was not only due to the good interaction with the agent and the staff of the firm, but also due to the nice flat I found thanks to them. My recommendation goes, especially, for Tracy Lu. Tracy helped me negotiate a better price for the flat (great location, nice furniture, etc), and helped me save 200 pounds :) The process of the signature of the contract was swift and easy. Very kind people work in Centrick. Totally recommended.

GoogleI bought some investment flats in Coventry last year and Centrick have been involved in every aspect since then - they re-let them quickly when one comes vacant, the management is seamless, the rent comes in well and if a tenant gets behind on the rent they are on to it straight away working out a payment plan. They also look after little maintenance jobs as well which is great as it takes away all the stress from me! Hopefully the tenants are happy as well as the flats are much better than they were when I bought them and they know where to call if they have any problems. All in all a great service, thanks guys! Googleplease , please do not deal deal with these people ,i do not believe the reviews , they lie saying they havent had payments , even when you have bank statements to prove they have cashed your cheques , they are impolite , my father is aged and has become very ill after dealing with these people , so please take care , research your companys and find a better one , there services are not great , they make life very stressfull

GoogleHaving been an owner/occupier of an apartment in Metropolitan Lofts, Dudley since 2007, I have been particularly concerned about the quality of management services after experiencing less than satisfactory service from previous management companies. Since taking on the contract for Metropolitan Lofts in 2009, Centrick have been consistently professional and efficient in regard to responses to day to day concerns and have worked closely with the residents committee to ensure that the development runs smoothly and problem free. We are satisfied that Centrick are providing us with the best levels of service and long may it continue.

GoogleWe were looking for an apartment few days ago. We passed by Centrick and came in to have a try after visiting many other agents. They hold many great apartments and we found our ideal one. We are in charged by a gentleman named Matt who is a very nice guy and with patience. But because of the language barrier a Chinese young lady named Tracy came for help. She is very friendly, helpful and with patience as well (we were a little bit pushing). Now we are packing up and looking forward to moving in the new apartment. Thanks a lot!!!
