As an owner of a property, a flat, managed by Centrick, I have tried to contact them regarding an issue. I have not had a reply, courtesy holding email or return phone call from them... Nothing.... Even the developer of the estate with their direct contacts with the managing agent has not been able to get me a contact. From my experience so far, if I were looking for a property, block managing agent, I wouldnt choose this company.

The worst property management company we have encountered. Arrogant and impersonal service. If you are a landlord go to one of the smaller independent agencies.
