Just wanted to drop a review thanking the staff at Jupiter Phase 4. They have made residing at the property so much more satisfying than under the previous managament company. Any issues I may have I feel I can come to Richard with them and it never feels like I am bothering them. Issues are dealt with quickly and in a way that solves the cause of the issue rather than the symptoms. Simon, the caretaker, is wonderfully approachable and is always willing to assist in any way he can. Justyna, the housekeeper, keeps the place spotless which is greatly appreciated as well.

Dear Lana,We are genuinely very sorry for the current and historical issues at Miller Heights and the impact that this is having on both residents and landlords. Following the resident’s association meeting on the 22nd May all residents should have received an update via the newsletter on Friday 26th May, we will continue to send this bi-weekly to all residents to help keep everyone informed of progress. Our priority is to ensure that the building is safe and secure and we’d like to assure all residents and leaseholders that we are actively working to establish a stronger financial position for the development to continue addressing and resolving the historic issues. Centrick hasn't done anything. MH maidstone, the building has gotten worse under the management of CENTRICK PROPERTY Management. Waste of time so far. Waiting to see if they will pull it back.

TrustpilotDon't use Centrick to let your flat
Centrick were terrible from the landlord's point of view.... I have a two-bed flat with parking in Birmingham City Centre. I purchased the flat with tenants already installed. During the tenancy, the management was passable, though I was unable to get reimbursed for a cracked bath front because Centrick couldn't work out who was responsible for the damage (tenant or contractor and no one owned up). Apart from this the contractors themselves seemed honest (and I have really come into contact with some dodgy ones). However, the mightiest problem was when the tenants moved out after two years. The lettings department failed to take fresh photos. Instead, they used ancient low res photos from the dinosaur era. After a month I saw Rightmove and realised the problem (it was lockdown so I couldn't visit). On the back of my strong complaints, they updated the pictures after only a day, yet still no tenant. This carried on for weeks. Finally, with the help of a competing agency, I discovered the problem was Centrick hadn't informed me about grouting and cracked fittings in the bathroom; this also hadn't been clear in the checkout report, which supplied miniature thumbnail pictures. At last I moved agency! They found a new tenant in one day, as they said the lettings market was so busy. After this, I wrote a letter of complaint, actually two letters, to Centrick branch bosses. Neither of the letters were responded to. Centrick's sleepy lettings department has cost me around £1500 in lost rent, yet a month on from switching agency, they are still are sending me incorrect bills for cleaning (which I'm not liable for) and other bills without a breakdown or invoice proof.
