GoogleWell we have had our issues with Centrick but needless to say who doesn’t, the most important issue for me is how they turn things around when they do go wrong - yes they put things right ! It may not always be the answer you want to hear but it’s the honest answer - recently we have a new account manager called Lizzie really impressed with her response times - attention to detail and most important communication. A real asset to Centrick !!! Thank you

GoogleMost of the people never get back to you or say they'll sort something but you never hear from them again. Major security risks in our building remain undressed for months on end. The only exception to the company is Lara White; 5 stars for her! She responds immediately and sorts your problems straight away even though she is busy. Even sends comformation emails to say when things have been sorted and makes sure you're happy etc. Seems like she's running the place single handedly as everyone else I've encountered has been useless. Would've been 1-2 star review if not for her.

GoogleI was searching for a nice apartment in the city centre but i didn't find a nice one , but i came to Centrick Property and i found a nice apartments in the city centre.A young lady named Tracy was really helpful in finding the perfect apartment for me and she is really friendly. Really disappointed with the service, lifts out of order and my tenant is on the 11th floor!!Let’s see them carrying shopping and children up 11 flights for weeks Don’t get me started on the leaks.I now have a flat empty and unable to let due to the damage, with no date of when this will be fixed, again poor management.
