Take too long to respond to requests- we always have to chase to get things done.We have many issues on our estate: gardening not done. electric gate regularly stops functioning, windows need painting. Inadequate service overall.

Waiting for 3 month+ for Centrick to send me a management pack so I can complete the sale. It’s the only outstanding item. Weekly calls and promises to send end in nothing and it’s clear they aren’t interested in actually delivering what they promised on multiple occasions. I don’t know if they are simply liars or incompetent; either way they are dreadful property management company with ZERO respect for their partners / customers.

If only centrick responded directly to their customers as quick as they do on trust pilot. Makes you wander....I haven't had responses to emails from over a year ago, I don't even live or deal with them anymore. As for the score? Well that was my experience with them. Stay away.
