Absolutely astonishing, staff on the phone polite and courteous but unfortunately upper management not playing a fair part in the managing of their properties the customer service staff get all the back lash. 5* to customer service -5* to the managing team of Centrick. Please take note that its the people in the buildings you manage that suffer for your lack of consideration

Honestly the worst agency I ever worked…

Honestly the worst agency I ever worked with. Their communication style is very poor and inconsistent. Firstly, the arrangement of renting the apartment initially was a nightmare, they made it very difficult with unnecessary details and it was tedious. For 4 whole years I paid rent in advance never late. The one time I was abroad, bank transfer took an extra 2 days they immediately threatened me with court. Checking out was a horrible process, they piled on charges for damages that I was not aware existed. I lost my job during the pandemic and regardless complied to all these charges and inflated bills, yet they still gave me a super hard time.

Had a great experience with Centrick agency. The agent that looked after me was Quentin Lee. Throughout the service he communicated with me and kept me up to date which is a very big thing for me. I don’t like being left out or chasing an agent to communicate. He was also very polite and made the whole process smooth for me. Will definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

Highly recommend if you want to find your perfect home.

I was struggling to find the perfect property which met my requirements. I reached out to the Centrick team and they recommended 3 properties for me to view. They sent videos before the viewing and on the day of the viewing i was assigned to Connor Fahey who showed me around the properties. I was a bit apprehensive at first as sometimes the videos are not always a reflection of the true state of the properties. Connor took his time showing me around and he answered all my questions and recommended places for me to visit in the area etc. He also fully explained the next steps to me and i am glad to say that i managed to choose my new home from the recomended 3.

Constant noise disturbance from…

Constant noise disturbance from apartment 1316.The younger tenants lay waste to the courtyard, regularly set the fire alarm off, & try to break down the doors by kicking them at full pelt every chance they get. Nothing seems to get done about the troublemakers, -- whose numbers seem to increase by the day -- by Centrick, even though they charge a bloody fortune for these tiny apartments. Far from "luxury apartment blocks".The plan is to move out once my lease is up, soon the young criminals that are taking over the place will have it all to themselves.

Great experience

Went to view a property with my partner, Mollie showed us round, she made sure that every question we had was answered and was very friendly. After the viewing she was so helpful and responsive over email helping us to get an application in for the property within the same evening, we couldn’t have asked more from her.
