GoogleMade an enquiry, had a very quick response from Sue Gould who arranged a speedy viewing. Offer accepted, Heads of terms drafted and circulated almost instantly which lead to a extremely quick completion. Nowadays everyone tends to hide behind Covid and work from home excuses except Sue who was always available directly and gave each and every call priority and immediate attention. Centrick , this is the first time we have owned a new apartment and Can’t wait to start a resident committee as I really don’t like been told what I can or can’t do in my own property, we have a concierge service , which is not a concierge at all and this was miss sold to us, Centrick informs information using a web portal , which has a statement of service charge but yet we need an invoice , we have raised this Issuse but nothing is straight forward with emails back and forth asking us where are we , what’s our name ( surly a web portal would have this information or our concierge ( building manager more appropriate name ) could make sure .And don’t get me started on refuse debacle of living in a apartment block with 200 apartments ( I don’t want to get emails every offer day about people not flatting boxes or putting non household stuff in the bins ( put bloody camera in the bin stores and sort it ) Anyway my rant is with been controlled by a company that can’t get the basics correct yet alone tell me how to live

I suggest you move Kathryn Benson from your Birmingham branch to do a different job. Maybe mop the floors where she doesn’t actually have to manage any type of properties because I have never seen so much ignorance and absolutely crap way of working from anybody. As it happens we live in a block of apartments where certain residents cause issues on a regular basis and for days I have been trying to contact her and not only has she been ignoring my messages and calls but she was ignoring the police calls when they tried contacting her for the same incident (all this whilst she was responding to a different resident so obviously she couldn’t be bothered to do her job properly). Shame on you and all of you at Centrick that had nothing to say to her, I will ensure no one that I know will ever use your services, scums!

My experience with Centrick was amazing. I had booked a viewing for the castle exchange apartment in nottingham. Carra from centrick was waiting for us at the property. She guided us through the whole building explaining how everything works and while viewing the property she was honest and told us what all minor problems were there and when they would be rectified before we move in. It was easy and convenient with centrick and i would recommend to find your house with this agency

GoogleTerrible service, talking to robot after robot, on hold for half the call only for nothing to be solved whatsoever. Jokers in suits whose job it is to timewaste, zero help, no looking after the properties, countless useless emails about stupid topics. Rubbish company, useless staff. Avoid at all costs, seriously. Do not rent with Centrick

TrustpilotAwful management with little care of residents
Since moving in to my flat the lift has been completely unfit for purpose, trapping individuals within the lift, emergency phone lines not working and constant call outs to repair the lifts faults. Centrick are refusing to hold themselves as liable and the lift is out of order more times than it is actually functional, all at the cost of the residents. They should refit and fix the lift, but sadly they do not care.

TrustpilotHonestly the worst agency I ever worked…
Honestly the worst agency I ever worked with. Their communication style is very poor and inconsistent. Firstly, the arrangement of renting the apartment initially was a nightmare, they made it very difficult with unnecessary details and it was tedious. For 4 whole years I paid rent in advance never late. The one time I was abroad, bank transfer took an extra 2 days they immediately threatened me with court. Checking out was a horrible process, they piled on charges for damages that I was not aware existed. I lost my job during the pandemic and regardless complied to all these charges and inflated bills, yet they still gave me a super hard time.

GoogleAbsolutely astonishing, staff on the phone polite and courteous but unfortunately upper management not playing a fair part in the managing of their properties the customer service staff get all the back lash. 5* to customer service -5* to the managing team of Centrick. Please take note that its the people in the buildings you manage that suffer for your lack of consideration
