I own an apartment in a building managed by Centrick, developed by 7 Capital. I'm quite shocked to see the 5-star reviews, but then I see they are recent. Suggest selling ASAP to avoid the pain, as Centrick will rapidly escalate your service charges while letting your building fall apart, making it impossible to sell. At least this has been my experience. The business model is pure rent-seeking of the worst kind, exploiting the completely uneven power dynamic between leaseholder and freeholder. You'll be trapped holding a deteriorating asset and wasting huge amounts of time and energy trying to contact Centrick to try to resolve the situation, even as they demand ever-increasing amounts of money from you.

There is a leak in the communal area and it's still not fixed, it's been over 4 months now, the walls are mouldy and it stinks, this is so disgusting, Centrick doesn't care and don't answer calls or respond to emails, please fix this now.

Absolutely poor customer service. They will leach money with unnecessary charges even when the fault is on their side.I was not sent any mail for service charges, as they were updating their billing systems. Consequently, I was clueless regarding the payments. But, they added penalties to my account saying that I have not paid. Sent numerous mails to them, providing all the evidences and my communications to them. They have failed to provide me any evidences of any mails they sent to me asking for payments. Even though the fault is on their side, they are penalising me.

A truly awful company who have fraudulently mismanaged funds of leaseholders. This company is the worst of the worst. To say they are ineffective at any sort of communication or building management would be over-generous. If you are thinking of using them I would strongly advise that you first talk to any leaseholder who has them as a block manager and ignore anything other than 1 star reviews as anything more than that is likely to be submitted by a paid reviewer. Centrick were kicked out of Churchill place in Basingstoke and replaced by RTM due to their atrocious performance. They have grossly misappropriated funds of leaseholders, run up huge debt through neglecting to collect regular service charge fees and mismanaged many aspects of building work requirements and regulation. How this company can be anything other than 1 star rated is unbelievable. They are a cowboy outfit who are not fit to manage a single-man tent, never mind the homes of multiple lease holders. I look forward to seeing them in liquidation in the near future.

Absolute joke. There has been no lifts for coming up to 4 weeks? My tenants is on the 9th floor and taking those stairs up and down 4x per day is ridiculous! No repairs pending? Just statements, that lifts won’t be repaired!
Dear Kim,We are genuinely very sorry for the current and historical issues at Miller Heights and the impact that this is having on you as a landlord and your tenants. Following the resident’s association meeting on the 22nd May all residents should have received an update via the newsletter on Friday 26th May, we will continue to send this bi-weekly to all residents to help keep everyone informed of progress. We can confirm that some of the lifts are now back in operation and a new front door has been fitted, we are currently working on the rear door repair and once this is repaired, ensure the full security of the building. We are working very closely with the Freeholder on all matters and will provide another update during the residents meeting planned for Monday 12th June. Our priority is to ensure that the building is safe and secure and we’d like to assure all residents and leaseholders that we are actively working to establish a stronger financial position for the development to continue addressing and resolving the historic issues. Please talk to us if there is anything else that we can do in the meantime either via your Property Manager or directly through customerservice@centrick.co.uk
