I have found the service received from Centrick absolutely appalling. They have been charging for services that have not been upheld for over a year and when questioned they have ignored all my emails when I’ve asked them to reply in writing. Since this I have continually reported issues at the site to which have been ignored. Awful service, if your a leaseholder I would urge you to enquire about the services and charges as they appear to be collecting money and leaving the sites in disarray!

Having lived in multiple apartment developments in the past, I can say Chris is definitely the best concierge staff I have ever encountered. He is always cheerful and delightfully helpful - he even brings parcels left in the mail room around to residents’ doors! Going that extra mile is what sets him apart and I think we are super lucky to have him here at our concierge!

Hayley at Victoria Point may be this company’s last saving grace. Overall Centrick are awful, the service is awful, the area managers are dismissive and rude, head office are disinterested and the company appears to have no real direction or care for leaseholders in buildings they manage. Not a company you’d choose to appoint to manage your building, that being said Hayley at the Victoria Point building is worth at least twice her weight in gold. She’s extremely helpful and cares for everyone in the building going above and beyond her post when area managers and directors ignore residents. She is truly the shining light!

Centrick manage our small block of flats for the past 4 years. We moved in 4 years ago to a new build flat, our dream home with service charges of about 500 pounds a year for maintaining the communal areas. When they took over we got immediately billed 1400 pounds and rising ever year. Back then we asked to review the accounts and we got sent the budget for the year, a forecast. Until today we have continuously asked to review the accounts and they haven’t been sent. We have asked for Centrick to look at various issues and nothing has been done, yet the charges always come through. As a result of their negligence the building gets damage which will incur in further costs down the line for us residents. Run away from this company if they manage your property they are well aware of the current leasehold service charges loophole and hide charges where they can knowing that the average person won’t come after them with a law suit.

GoogleWould rate zero stars if I could. Negligent management leaving property open to theft, non residential visitors using the “secure” car park like a free convenient space to park, disgusting communal areas, intercoms never work leading to parcels being dumped in the carparks and again stolen, CCTV that points directly at carparks and entrances that, once again, you’ll not be shocked to hear, DOESN’T WORK (confirmed by the police). What more is there to say other than a complete disgrace and embarrassment of a so called property management company. Should be ashamed of yourselves, couldn’t care less about people who pay a lot of money to live in their buildings that are falling to bits. They also have the cheek to charge a “service fee” for the communal areas to be “cleaned” - never seen them before in my 3 years here. Avoid at all costs whether renting or buying, these issues have been raised multiple times and property manager and their so called assistants are as useful as chocolate tea pots, it’s laughable.

I have been waiting since I renewed my tenancy for someone to programme both of my fobs (which one was apparently done in front of me by your concierge, which then didn’t work due to a ongoing fault!) and keep getting told they have an issue with getting the panel fixed for access at the apartments I live at in Birmingham, I emailed about this and received no response this issue has been ongoing for weeks and months! Me and my partner received one fob each when we signed the tenancy in June 2023, when I called the concierge last week to get resolved ASAP after structural damage due to a van being driven in to a business attached to my apartment and to stress this needs to be resolved due to my partner not feeling safe I was asked how access for her would help?! That lady was so rude and dismissive. I have found the lack of communication terrible and resolution to these issues terrible, tenants and myself pay a lot to live onsite and can’t even have access to enter the building where we live freely?! For at least the last three weeks as well I have had broken sleep having to wake up at 2am each night to let my partner in when she comes back from work due to these issues which I have also stressed.
