Cara is super helpful and amazing ! She helped me with the viewings and answered my questions professionally and quickly. She is very friendly and explained to me all the details which I needed to go through the application for the apartment. Also, she makes sure to follow up with any questions that the customer has and she responds back in a timely manner . I really recommend her .

I want to see my service charge account…

I want to see my service charge account to do this I have to log in to the Centrick portal. To log into the portal it requires a password.I need to send an email to get this. Over the past month I have sent multiple emails with no reply. I have also phoned on numerous occasions who inform me that the only way to get the password is by email. And so we go round in circles. Hopeless company!

2nd year's service charges, 2nd year's upset with Centrick

Receiving this year's service charges, and it's a 32.8% increment. I basically don't know if all this numbers are even legal. where is the governance to govern these services charges? making things even worse, your request to them was being ignored. Relying to Centrick's comment - I have been escalating the situation through Berkeley customer service.Update Aug - it was communicated as an accounting mistake from Centrick. fee has been revised and the increment is 4.9% this year which is much reasonable. Case close for me.

Centrick Team is great

Centrick Team is great. These are not just words. I lived for 2.5 years at Equipoint, managed by Centrick Birmingham. I had witnessed few minor, couple of major ones and recurring Lift problems. But Centrick had tried their best to fix those problems ( like recurring Lift problems, which were always escalated with the vendors to fix it at the earliest + some serious anti social behaviour by non residents of Equipoint, which was handled effectively by Centrick). Every Friday Round by Shyleigh Quinlan giving heads up to the residents on status of issues plaguing Equipoint residents and timelines for fixing etc. Any email sent to Shyleigh & Alisha would get promptly replied to reassure you everything is fine or everything will be fine soon. I am a globe trotting SAP Consultant having lived & worked in several countries ( cities) and rented homes. But Centrick Birmingham readily helps their tenants / residents of Equipoint, you can sleep peacefully and live happily at Equipoint, Birmingham.My best wishes for Centrick & their team going forward.I thorally enjoyed my stay at Equipoint Birmingham for 2.5 years with all peace and happiness.Great place, great team.Regards Badri Srinivasan

When I first moved in I received a letter stating i owed money, I paid it straight away. Later I realised it is due by the people before me and requested a refund....I have not heard from the company since, it has now been over a year of emails and phone calls.

I spoke to Molly on the phone and explained about the incident. she was very kind and helped me by providing the master key to makes some cuts on the same day. So it was a great experience and much appreciated Molly’s effort on the day and beyond. I would recommend the agency to everyone!

This company has cpm and they issue fines to residents and than tell them they will cancel and never do the guy Haider Hussain tells people he has cancelled it and doesnt the worst management company I have ever seen and dealt with how can a company so large have such poor processing skills causing residents issues the head office needs to intervene for this to be sorted

Marwan is an excellent concierge at the Axium building.He manages a large daily volume of packages for the building effectively. Marwan noticed suspicious behaviour in the basement carpark. Marwan investigated and confronted a person attempting to steal my bike from the bike stands. Because of Marwan's actions the person failed to steal my bike.We really appreciate the incredible work Marwan displays on a daily basis.
