GoogleExcellent experience with Burchell Edwards the letting agent(Erdington). Professional and experienced staff, get tenants for my house very quickly. Really pleased with the service and a big thanks to Kieran for his efficient work and excellent communication.

GoogleChristian was extremely polite and friendly. This is our first time in selling a property Christian was able to put us at ease in what to do in all respects of both selling and purchasing a property. He has a good knowledge of the area and the property market

TrustpilotDo not trust them, they will rob you blind
Do not under any circumstances go with these! They will steal from you. They never asked prior to us applying whether we would need a guarantor and because it became obvious we did after application they decided not to go with us and stole our holding deposit from us. We a family with a small child and a baby on its way and they refused to give us our money back. They wouldn't budge a little bit. Not even offer a little bit back. Horrible estate agent that will rob you blind. Do not trust them!!!!

In 3 months I did not have one proactive call from the Knutsford branch. Indeed when we cancelled the contract they left all the listings up for 2 weeks and only took them down after I chased them

Terrible agency in Leeds!! Terrible communication!!!Been booked for viewing, saying tenant not free and postpone to next day. And then next day no show again, when I call they said tenant not free again and need to postpone to the next day again.. on the 3rd day once again they cancelled my viewing saying the property was taken.. without telling.I do understand flat/house goes fast, the problem is they are time wasters and never notice u when situation changed! All three days i have to find out myself the viewing booking was cancelled..... I do not live in city center and need to spend time and money to travel to viewing.. and the staff who pick up the phone is really rude and unprofessional! They have so many excuses.Luckily we didn't work with them i guess. If we did rent from them, can't imagine how disaster it will be. Be ware of!!!

Staff from their Manchester office made an unsolicited call to me asking if I would move my property to their estate agent so they could market it for me. When I declined. He preceded to pressure me. When he wasn’t going to get what he wanted, he decided to insult me and drop the phone on me. I called back requesting for an apology, but the lady I spoke to tried to cover for the rude guy. Avoid this company, they are no good.

I have just finalised my offer to rent a flat in Manchester. The team at bridgfords have been helpful the entire journey. Peter, the lettings rep, stayed in constant communication with me during the whole process and made it very easy. I completed this offer whilst out of the country and needed it to go smoothly. Peter ensured this happened. Great service

Avoid.Politely & calmly registered a complaint within the Penketh/Westbrook Warrington branch after our doorbell camera recorded a Bridgefords employee needlessly verbally insulting us whilst at the front of our property. All members of staff informed have been dismissive & even whilst we have the evidence no formal apology has been given by the member of staff involved. I find the lack of accountability on a basic decent human behaviour level to be rude, unprofessional & has made our experience with Bridgefords unpleasant.

A one star rating is too good for this business! Completely inept from the agent to their so-called professional mortgage broker. Allowed seller's solicitor to harass and bully me and also bombarded me with messages whilst at work but didn't answer calls when I tried to contact them. I am now out of pocket as seller has withdrawn the property even though it still shows for sale.

GoogleIt very difficult to get hold off the staff on the phone. But in person they were friendly. I understand they go out for viewings. I wanted to rent a property due my health issue i stopped working recently. They asked me for a guarantor, which I did. But they refused me saying my guarantor needs to earn above 28k. It means I will never be able to rent like this. And where I am staying at the moment caused me health issues. Hence I want to move out. And council ate not helping. What a situation to be inn.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used Burchell Edwards for the last few years now. They are quick to find tenants and are always prepared to put in the extra work to make sure everything runs smoothly. I have been particularly impressed with Kieran and Lacey at the Erdington branch who have worked tirelessly over the last couple of weeks to make sure the transition between tenants has been seamless. I will continue to use their service for the foreseeable future.

Unanswered calls and emails. Misleading and wrong information in terms of when a tenant was moving then constant attempts to ignore my instructions in order to extract more money. Terrible service avoid if you can.
