If I could put 0 I would. My cousin gave notice that he was giving up the flat due to family and health issues. Before he was able to remove his things (within a week) they have taken his belonging and given only some clothing back. They have stolen a family air loom watch (Rolex) , cash that was for Christmas, not given back any expensive trainers .. they have drip fed some things back since like the tvs and yet to receive the Xbox, they have photos of his stuff on their report which they haven’t given back. They are not to be trusted . They are proceeding to trade non ethically and illegally. Reports to police have been made. They prey on vulnerable people

I had a positive experience with Burchell Edwards (Erdington branch) on the purchasing of my house. Special thanks to Matthew and Alison who helped me during this stressful time. (5 stars) Only negative point is that sometimes is difficult to reach the agents at the branch over the phone. This should be improved. Also the solicitors they suggested me were not a nice option. I would recommend to search your own solicitors, instead of accepting their suggestion. My process should be a relatively fast one, but it took almost 5 months. In general I would recommend them.

would not recommend this company to any landlord. The fees are extremely high, with additional charges that are not always made clear from the outset. Communication is poor, and it is often very difficult to get hold of staff when you need support or answers.

Useless with one word. If you’re a tenant and renting through them, good luck on getting your deposit back. A different company manages the deposits and it’s gonna be a nightmare to get your deposit back, you have to be chasing them for weeks (3), they tried to cut an amount out of the deposit and tried to falsely blame me for damages that had never been made even though I left the house in perfect condition. They forgot the keys on the day of the viewing, had to book day of and wasted all my day just to turn up and tell me they got the wrong keys. As soon as you sign that contract they will straight away change their behaviour. Keep my advice and try to avoid the erdington branch, for your peace of mind.

You're a star Ellie

Just wanted to mention the first Class service received by Ellie in the Tynemouth office. She is more than helpful every time I speak to her. I am a Landlady and despite the extremely expensive charges Bridgefords have for every aspect of Letting, it is Ellie who is polite, extremely efficient, always pleasant and a delight to deal with. Service like this needs to be recognised ...Ellie should run the office as nothing is ever too much trouble. I was visiting recently from London and Ellie was off, sadly. Other staff were on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there! so rude considering the money I pay them. I am in the Property business myself, so know how people expect to be treated. Well done Ellie, you are an asset to Tynemouth!

Extremely rude and disrespectful!!! Had a booking for viewing with agent Nikita on Wednesday, day before she called and asked me if I can make on that day(Tuesday) and I agreed to change the days and times. However I was waiting at the property when for call from her 30minutes before viewing saying they forgot keys and they will reschedule me again! Some agent wasn’t sure if it was Nikita or other is calling me this morning 9:20 am asking me if I am not interested and I said yes I am not gonna be interested no more in this property and actually wanted to say in this agency anymore as before this incident we had another one very similar in Birmingham branch with another agent. And she didn’t even let me to say anything she started to moan on me saying oh we needed to reschedule you 4 times now. 4 times??? As I am aware its 2 and not because of me even darling!!!! she started to go off on me that I needed to let them know that I am not longer interested. So you didn’t really care about wasting my time waiting at the property and telling me last minute you dont have the keys. But you expect me to give you a call first thing in the morning because you are so important? I would recommend all office ladies go through some serious training starting on how not to forget keys on the viewing day!
