Rude member, trying to scam our money by asking us to pay for cleaning fees. do not rent or let your property to/from them. Disappointed. Do not solve problem but pushing all problem to us(tenant)

Friendly and reliable service, and able to cater for many different housing arrangements for all budgets. The houses they let are always maintained to a high standard, so finding a decent place for the academic year is hassle-free.

Lovely, professional staff in the office who are always thoughtful and make efforts to sort out reported problems. Lived in one of their properties for a year, really enjoyed my time. Brilliant maintenance team.
