YellDO NOT TRUST THEY ARE LIARS
They scam you left, right and center. I was in a property where they let cleaners into my house who stole my PSP and camera. They were meant to give 24 hours notice, the cleaner was coming. They did not and they took no responsibility for any of their actions. When I was a student I did not know this was the law otherwise I would have pushed further. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

GoogleBroad Court have fully managed our house for about 7yrs now. They're friendly, thorough and clearly have years of experience at it. They use local tradesmen (which I'm sure give a discount as they're very reasonable!) and look after all the safety certificates seamlessly. I'm a landlord and think extremely highly of them but we've had the same tenant for years so this must work both ways. Thank you Broad Court!

GoogleI am completely satisfied with Broad Court's services. The overall process was very simple, the instructions on their website were very easy to follow. The staff was super responsive to my calls and e-mails. They were also very friendly and well-organised. To summarize, I had a positive experience with this company, they really helped me with finding the best deal for my first year uni accommodation.

YellThe worst business I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with
Worst organisation I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Due to poor mainteince a pipe burst and flooded my room, I was never conpensated for the damage to my property. Take weeks to respond to maintenance issues , staff are very rude and very condescending. They steal from deposits by dedicating large amounts for uneccesary cleaning. I'm surprised this business isnt under investigation for its extremely shady business practises

This company are complete sharks. They give you a property that is filthy to start with. They do not carry out timely repairs ie. 1 week without a shower in the hottest summer. Boiler unrepaired for weeks etc. Despite thorough cleaning when leaving a property they charge for cleaning that does not even happen. They are completely unhelpful and take advantage of the fact that it is young students in their properties

GoogleWas fine until they the landlord tried to change terms of the tenancy. We were willing to be accommodating and allowed them to make alterations to the house while we were there. They then proceeded to try and screw us out of Β£490 of our deposit. This was thrown out the deposit protection service, but they tried non the less and we had to wait months after disputing it. Not cool.

GoogleI have had a very good experience with Broad Court. They were very helpful and supportive, throughout my tenancy period with all my requests and queries. They were quick to respond whenever there was an issue and made sure it got sorted immediately.

GoogleStaff went out of their way to deal with any problems as quickly as possible for me. They were always very pleasant and willing to help me. Being an international student, moving abroad can be really challenging, but staff at Broad Court helped me find a house in no time. Whenever I had any questions they were always reachable or quick to respond. Will be renting with them again!

GoogleI decided to rent a house with Broad Court in my last year of studies. The staff are extremely friendly and understanding. Whenever problems came up, they were addressed ASAP. They actually honour the 24 hour notice period and I have never had issues. Would have to say the best in Selly Oak.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

As a local landlord Having used the services of Broad Court for over 20 years I feel qualified to review : this company are both professional and helpful . Maybe the previous reviewers experience was down to the landlord not fulfilling their commitments to their tenants professionally ? There are plenty of shoddy properties / landlords about which is unfortunate .

GoogleI have been living in one property administered by Broad Court over 2 years. The staffs are nice, friendly, and very helpful. If I still need to live in Birmingham, I would definitely contact the agent for a pleasant place to stay.

GoogleShamelessly tried to take our deposit - had to go to deposit protection scheme and file a complaint to get refunded. Very low opinion of people who try to rip off students. It's worth avoiding this company if possible.
