TrustpilotNo response for over a month, awful service!
We have listed a property with BP Auctions and been chasing ANY type of update for over a month now. Every time we call, we just get told "We'll call you back" and no one ever does, I've sent so many emails now i've lost count and had 0 response to any of them. It's been a painful process from the off and I would highly advise you to NOT use this company. Will likely turn to another auction company at this point.

GoogleTotal cowboy outfit.
Attempted to contact them for a property viewing over several weeks and no-one picks up. Got connected to someone on 9th May, who took my details and told me that I will be getting a call-back the following week with viewing availabilities.
However, after no contact. I called again on 14th May, presumably spoke to the same lady who confirmed my details were on file and I would receive a call-back 'in a few days' for viewing of the property scheduled for 20th May auction.
However, again no call-back was returned. On Monday 9:00 morning 20th May, again I contacted the company of which my call was answered on 2nd time by same lady who had took previous calls.
Now she told me, if no call-back was returned, this means that all appointments had gone and they operate a first-come first basis which is hardly believable to say the least.
I can conclude, from my brief experience of BP Auctions, either they are incompetent or run a sham Auction experience.
I do not recommend BP Auctions to sellers or buyers alike, as they have lost a potential customer due to their repeated failure of basic communication procedures.

GoogleI bought at auction which was easy and straighforward but after the sale i found out the sellers details didn't match the property. on contacting the auctioneers they agreed, stopped the sale and returned my deposit etc fully the next day. They were very helpful and understanding.
I was very impressed with their understanding and quick resolution.
Thanks.

TrustpilotI wish I can post the call I received today from them.
Seriously guys this company are criminals. Stay clear. They just called me threatening me to call my bank and have my refund retrieved back from my bank and lie to my bank that the refund was in an error. Unfortunately for BPAuction my phone automatically records incoming calls. Check the picture on my profile. That’s the proof they called me today. Bunch of liars.
Be careful guy. Unless you’re doing charity, don’t waste your time and money.
I have to research the seller and visit the sellers house and contact the police and my bank before they can refund my money. I lost my pregnancy because of this Auction due to stress.
Because they threatened me shows the type of organization they are running. And
Please don’t waste your time calling me back and threaten me again. I’ll take you to money claim for lost of earnings, misconduct of service, threatening of life and distress due to the lost of my child at the time.
Unhinged individuals.

TrustpilotI want my deposit back
My name is Tahsin. A house at the March 6 auction was left to me. They immediately called and asked for a 9400 deposit. I deposited it right away. Then they sent the contract. Then there were additional expenses written in secret in the contract. I want my deposit back, they don't open the tekephone. Currently, wep sites seem to be closed. I see that there are other people who are experiencing the same situation. Friends who receive the deposit back, please guide. How can I get my deposit. I will sue Bp auction. If the court way is needed, I will give it to the court.I can talk to those who are experiencing the same situation.I would like Bp auction to contact me and refund my deposit. . I will complain on many complaints platforms. I can delete my complaints if they make my payment.

GoogleDO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THEM! They are scammers. Most of the properties you see get listed again after a certain period of time. I've seen the same flat in Kidderminster 6 times now. Thy make sure the deal doesn't go through so they can keep your deposit.
EDIT: All the positive reviews they have are fake. They pay people in India and Pakistan to post good reviews.

TrustpilotI wish I could select less than 1.
I wish I could select less than 1.
We arranged a fee to purchase 3 lots in May 2023. We paid the money and they literally went quiet, This started the issues we are now currently fighting. Firstly, two of the lots were no longer available. I asked for the admin fee back and the main lady who answers the phone hung up! Since May I have been emailing them for the money back and they simply ignore emails and hang up as I say. The one other lot they said we won seems to have issues. I contacted the solicitors and again not one person has called back. Today I sent an email to the main office of the solicitors to find out what is going on,
BPA are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! These people will take your money and literally ignore you. Stay away, We're fighting to get our money back. They seem to make you pay and then ignore. I've been buying homes since I was 24. I'm now 40 and have not come across such fraud like this.
I am a business owner so this has taken almost a year to write. I understand issues can happen and one needs to be patient, but this is so bad! This is violation. I wish I can include the email trail so you can see how hard we tried to get in touch with them and resolve this amicably and the lady hanging up - please note I did not shout at her- was the last straw.
UPDATE: This situation has become worse and we are seeking legal assistance. BPA sent across the solicitor details for the 1 lot that was supposed to be the only one. The solicitors sent me an email to say they have NOTHING to do with BPA and are not the acting solicitor for the lot. I advise you to stay away from them. Hopefully the legal process will uncover exactly what is going on. I let BP know and the moment I said legal and showed them the email they emailed me back. The most interaction I've has with them in a year. Their emails were poor - not even full sentences asking for my details and denying knowing anything about this whole case and who I was....
I have a more detailed update that will be coming soon. I have noticed 1 *reviews for my own business that has suddenly been posted on our account for items we do not even sell! I wonder who could be doing this especially since I was threatened by BP Auctions to take down this review. I am willing to contribute or share my story with anyone taking any sort of action. I already am. I did ask for my money back from these people and they have refused....

TrustpilotBid on a house
Bid on a house. Won bid. They called incessantly within one minute of the auction closing, to get the £8,000 deposit immediately which I paid. Then the £1,400 "fee". I Paid. Then the contract comes - They want £6,995 sellers fee in addition. Then I see the house is not on the street they said it was on. They seem to just harvest deposits. Are blanking me now with almost 10K of my savings. To do that to people who are just trying to lead a decent life and do the best for themselves is vile and hateful. If I take my life I shall mention them in my letter of goodbye

they are big scammers bought property end up paying approx £19000 exta which they hide in there terms which buyers fee and other hidden legal cost. the picture they put on auction website are totally different from what inside.
property was in such bad condition with no boiler, no kitchen, no radiators even no copper pipes, no electric, no gas meter even they took internal doors off as well. but in there auction website they put pictures which was totaly different . I did send them email they replied very rudley its your responsibly to check pictures are been take by external sources BP AUCTION is not responsible
Upon further investigation, I discovered that some properties on sale by BP AUCTION, individuals connected to them through different companies. The director of BP AUCTION in October 2022 was also the director of the company BARHAM PROPERTIES that sold the property to me, raising concerns about a possible conflict of interest. these are grop of scammers
I am requesting all victims of bp auctions to come forward to stop these guys.

TrustpilotThis company is a scam
This company is a scam. They have few properties that are owned by friends and family. They withhold important information and once you win the bid, they make sure the deal doesn't go through so they can keep your deposit. Their positive reviews are all fake. Check out the google reviews. All positive ones are review farms from India. It's only a matter of time before the owner is arrested.

TrustpilotWorse experience ever!!!
They never allow viewings, READ every words they says in contract and special conditions before you bid!!! Once you register to bid, you confirm their terms. Legal packs are different from other auction companies, the terms are extremely unreasonable they can happen with EXTRA COST not in digits, 3 beds turned out to be 2 beds, different interiors from photos, the seller don’t provide keys or deed!!! Once you win the bid, you are legally bonded to finish the deal and no going back! They are playing the game legally using the law! Make sure your solicitor and seller solicitors companies are regulated and catch up with the deadline, will be penalty if completion is late. They use family company Area Zone Ltd to buy n sell auction houses, that’s why you get the worse deal ever. You might get the house but it’s overrated price, it’s unliveable that’s why they don’t reply on viewings, report to citizens advice n Trading Standard! Any information would help them collect n investigate, they can put down their businesses.

GoogleThis company just featured on BBC 1 Rip Off Britain. Complete joke of a company - adding on rent arrears and massive fees to the price after you've won the auction / selling a property with non-paying tenants insitu without disclosing. Most people seem to walk away from the deal, losing a substantial deposit!! (Circa £8k). An apparent cheap house, which turns out to be a nightmare. Do not buy anything from them, or as a bare minimum, get a solicitor to look at the detail before bidding!!!

GoogleStay away, they are scammers. They own the properties and the auctions house within their family . This scam was on BBC Rip Of Britain program on 11th Jan. Their intention is only to retain buyers deposits. many unsuspecting buyers have already been victims of this sophisticated scam. Please don't fall for their low prices, its a trap to attract low budget buyers. Their contracts are misleading and ambiguous only to trap buyers. They lie on the phone, they mislead buyers only to trigger disputes which causes delay in completion and they use this excuse to retain buyers deposits. They are heartless people, they dont care about what others go through after they scam their life savings. Victims childrens are suffering.

GoogleStay well away! All the good reviews here are fake. Look at their responses for bad reviews- threatening people.
This company scams people for a living. Buy a property, and they hide in the legal pack extortionate fees (we got charged 20k extra). If you don't buy it, they keep the deposit and the admin fee. Customer services are very rude and just keep lying to you. The houses on sale are owned by them or their friends under different companies who are into the same scam. As a scheme to take people's money legally, you can definitely give the 5 stars.

TrustpilotThese guys are 101% scam
These guys are 101% scam. please be aware. I have bid on their property. And just a day before completion, they sent me a completion statement with extortionate legal fee and rent arrears on top of bidding price(it is their pattern activity they do with most bidders). Initially, bpauction staff induced me to bid by telling me that their properties are clear of any arrears(a big lie). Later I found out that the seller of properties has big stake in auction house too. So it is a nexus of scammers.Update: The seller of the properties on bpauction who also used to be the director of bpauction has changed the directorship of bpauction and made someone from his household the director of bpauction. Also the address of bpauction and seller's company was same. They changed the address now to conceal their connection. Bidders please do a thorough research before bidding on any property at bpauction. Don't fall victim because of their low starting price. There are already many victims who have lost huge amount of money to these people. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS NEXUS.
