GoogleCalled in and spoke to a female regarding an auction property, she had no customer service skills and was very rude. All the reviews are made up and incorrect. When i asked her regarding a viewing her response was " no viewings, if you want a viewing then don't bid" im spending £100k plus off cause i want a viewing. Avoid its a scam......

GoogleThey facilitate a number of shady vendors with dodgy papers. I couldn't spot these but my solicitor did however at that stage I was already out of pocket. I would recommend buyers to go through paperwork and don't assume this auction house is only sell properties on a straight line.

GoogleThey are professional and friendly help we received from the staff at BP Auction and in particular the packaging department. The lots we bought were expertly packaged. It took longer to unpack them than to bid for them. We will definitely be using this auction house again. Thanks again.

Hi,We wanted to take the time to address your points to avoid any future confusion, for yourself or others. All the properties on the platform have legal packs that have been provided by regulated solicitors these are available to download, view and inspect prior to bidding. We also advise and you would have confirmed a number of times that you have satisfied yourself with the information provided including any additional fees the seller/their solicitor have entered. All prospective bidders also confirm multiple times that you have had details confirmed by your solicitor as we do not verify any of the clients’ legal documents or fees associated. If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact one of our team members and we’ll be happy to help.
