A terrible experience with this agent. My friend listed her property with them under a twelve week contract which they later said was 16 weeks as they want her to give another four weeks notice after the twelve period. On top of this they got the property information and dimensions wrong on the listing; adding a downstairs toilet that didn't exist! They confuse viewings and bookings, hence turning people down who want to view the property. She is at the end of her tether trying to get out of this contract. Don't use this agent. They are incompetent, lack any communication skills and behave like rogues when you try to leave.
