GoogleI overpaid my rent when I left the property I was in ( this is not the deposit , still waiting on that ) rent was paid on the 20th September, new tenants moved in on the 1st October . So I had 10 days rent to pay as I'd left early due to a job change and them getting a new tenant . I wasted it would take 3 days before I'd get my money back , when I phoned on the fourth day they said no it takes between 3 - 5 days ..so now two weeks have gone by and I'm still waiting as there still making excuses . They say it won't be with me till Monday ( it's Thursday now ) so that's almost 3 weeks .

GoogleI am a property investor. have just gotten off the phone and I am so pleased with the service. Professional, helpful and resourceful. I spoke with Dee - whom went out of her way to listen to what I was looking for. I find most times I call sales and letting agents - they tend to tell you a quick yes / no answer and put the phone down. However Dee, informed me the property i was looking for had sold, but straight away gave me an alternative option. I found this great service. Great way to build trust and relationships. I will definitely be calling back for Dee's help whenever I need to find another property. 10/10

GoogleI really cannot speak highly enough of all the team at the Beeston branch of Bairstow Eves. From the very first meeting they were highly professional, compassionate and extremely helpful. It had been quite some time since I'd sold a property and as this sale was part of my late fathers estate it has been emotional. But the team at Bairstow Eves made everything so easy, explained everything to me in detail and kept me upto date at every stage. I also used the solicitor recommended by them at Connveyancy Connect and have been incredibly impressed with how efficient they were also. Nothing has been too much trouble to help me navigate such a difficult time and I am so grateful. They are truly a five star estate agent and conveyancing service.

GoogleI would like to give a massive thank you to, Alex, Claire, Gemma, and Jessica for all their hard work they have done to sell my property for more money that I had expected to get for it They were always been on the end of the phone if I needed to talk to any of them. They took care of all of the viewings on my house for me. They kept me up to date with feed back from potential buyers. I was recommended to use them by a friend. Using them is he best decision I have ever made. You only get one chance to see your house. So, my advise is, don't shop around other Estate Agents use Bairstow Eves.
