I was looking at at Trust Pilot reviews for Adhoc since late last year and the stars were 1 star and Adhoc hadn't been claimed/verified this page yet. It was lower than Global Guardians and VPS. I was disappointed because Adhoc advertises on spare room and they had a place I was very interested in but the reviews were so bad, I didn't message them instead I kept coming onto this site, hoping other people had a more positive experience with them. I had to stop looking for a place in London because of family issues in December, when things settled I go back in late March to see so many positive 5* reviews. I am glad but upon reading them, it's very obvious that it's not just Guardians talking, it's staff as well. The language used is clearly professionals; you move into a Guardianship and speak nothing of the room, heating, building, other tenants etc but write a whole paragraph of how great the staff is? You mention time and time again how supportive the staff were when really they are not going to be calling you, you contact them if there is a problem, the payment is direct debit, they do unexpected visits - that's all. It's very very difficult to get people who have had a positive experience with a company/ service to give a positive review even if you email the link or offer a positive incentive like raffle, people will often complain or warn of a bad experience than a good one, so it can be argued that Adhoc really stressed to Guardians who had recently moved in and had no prior issue with them the importance of a review, which made the Guardian think yes, let me spend my free time writing a review. Unfortunately, for Adhoc it doesn't explain the numbers how can a 1 star company in October 2020 right through to December jump to over 4 stars in late March? That's very quick. Oh and I noticed something else, AdHoc claimed this page as their business in Jan 2021. When they were 1 star in December they were not verified. Do not trust this company.
Hi Zsa. Was disappointed to read your review, quite alot of negatives and alot of very unfair and certainly untrue comments. You suggest we are we are doing things underhand which to be honest is pretty out of order and to say these things on a public forum is wrong of you, therefore I would kindly request that you remove those comments. These are genuine reviews from genuine customers. To anyone reading this comment, I would encourage you to contact us and see for yourself we are and what we do.

Coming from another guardian experience where verbal agreements caused problems with bills and deposit I was pleased to see the procedure Ad Hoc uses for introducing new guardians is clear and digitally traceable. Hasnat was smart and did help me speeding up the process of my relocation. I had to change ongoing arrangements and he always responded promptly to my requests. Many thanks

AD HOC is the best property management company I have ever used since this Millenium. The checks were thorough, professional and courteous. Calls I received were courteous And the place I lodged was exactly what I needed. But what really stood out was the professionalism & politeness of Martin D. Fair & direct. The toilet cracked and started leaking in 12 hrs from reporting to him a new one was fitted. Their staff were polite all theough The all inclusive fee for lease was reasonable but not extortionate. I got my deposit back & intact no problem . Martin D. is an asset to his employer & does sincere credit to his firm. If you need accomodation and hoc is the place reasonably priced , usefull & efficient. -Nigel West Yorkshire.

In my search for a cost effective and temporal accommodation in the Southwest of England, I found the company (AdHoc) online and after filling the contact form I received a call from Federica (Feda). Indeed she was God sent. Aside from making the paperwork process extremely straightforward, she also did a close follow-up to ensure all my credit and reference checks were completed within record time (barely a week). I've moved in, and that nagging accommodation stress is totally gone. Thanks to AdHoc and their superstar staff Feda.

FacebookNot happy at all. I spent over £10,000 on a property over 3 years and there is now more people in the property than they have ever had and the property is in a higher standard than it ever has been. Dishonest and had it all thrown back in my face because they sided with another guardian talking behind my back causing problems. The place is a dump and infested with rats. The guardian that caused me problems was seeing internet dates during national lock down and bringing them back to the property. I caught covid-19 and three of us had to self isolate. He went out of his way to try and cause as much trouble with AdHoc with me as he could because he couldn’t go out. Half way through self isolation he tried to leave the house twice and the police were called twice where he was told he was not allowed to leave the property by law. The nhs also had to repeatedly call him and say the same thing as the police. The guy said I assaulted him when I went to stop him getting in his car otherwise he would have driven off. So AdHoc gave me notice to move. Whilst we are in the middle of the strictest national lock down and I’m a key worker working for the nhs. They never once questioned him asking him why he was trying to leave the house in his car breaking the law. Disgusting people. Never ever again will I ever trust them. Take them for what they are and don’t spend any money on the property because they don’t really appreciate it. I would never recommend investing long term with them. You are better off house sharing. The cost is the same, you are far more secure and you will be living in a much nicer property and you can pick who you live with. With AdHoc you don’t get a choice and they don’t care. Absolute horrors for human beings

Hello Adhoc . Why do you lots love when an individual come online to report and complain about an issue that’s when you think its best to respond. I ain’t going to be negative on here but want you to kindly respond to my emails i have been sending and sent to your complaints team ( before you type that on here, done that already) . I don’t pick up money from the floor, it’s my hard work and that’s why every fiver must be accounted for so please be civil and respond accordingly. You lot need to use the same energy you’re quick to contact a ‘lead’ to make payment when they need you lot to do the needful! And don’t think of flagging up or hiding this comment to keep your reviews looking green because y’all know what I’m talking about but , oi i’ll act civil here and respect your business (for now) so you can respect my money and act accordingly.
