GoogleClaire and the team in Birmingham are especially helpful and professional. They took me through the application process quickly and thoroughly helping me get moved in and settled in their property in an area that was all new to me . I would recommend Ad Hoc to anyone needing accommodation.

I was desperate to find accommodation and so lucky to stumble across Ad Hoc Property. For £420/month I was provided with two unfurnished rooms in Popham House, Wellington, Somerset. Heating, electricity and council tax all included, but that may not be the case in all of Ad Hoc properties as well as rent variations. Toilets, Shower and kitchen facilities provided. A very nice place to stay and very close to Wellington town centre. The other residents were friendly and it was a real pleasure to stay there. Thoroughly recommended.

Firstly, what a great option Ad Hoc provide as guardians for potentially empty properties. Secondly, what excellent service the whole team provides.Our Devon property needed to be occupied for security and to ensure the property was kept in good condition. And the person their provided was so good, we have kept them on under the new arrangement we have adopted now that we no longer need a guardian.The communication at tall times was first rate. And they were able to provide everything needed to comply with regulations and good service.We would unhesitatingly recommend their services to potential guardians and property owners alike.

Viewed a recently vacated (1 preceding day!) impressive Vicarage with stunning gardens Friday AM and I was moving in 72 hours later. Process fast tracked as I was previously residing in an Ad Hoc managed property... and newly empty properties risk attracting unwelcome interest. Credit to Craig and colleagues at the Leeds office for managing my property transfer so smoothly and professionally.

If I could put less than a star I wouldYou will end up living in the worst and unsafe places on earth and you will pay not even the “cheap” prices they false advertising If you sign a contract where you pay rent with bills included bare in mind they will NEVER pay for any bills You will ended up with no heathing or hot water plus they will give YOUR name to any company that claims the money (council tax included) It’s a scam don’t fall for this

Super swift moving in process. Hasnat was extremely thorough with everything - he made sure to answer all my questions and make sure I’m happy and comfortable moving in. Lights in the building were also fixed immediately once he was informed which is very reassuring. Throughly recommend him :)

I used Adhoc for just under one year while studying for my Masters. I lived in Liverpool City Centre and the service I received from the company was great, especially Ellie who works at the Liverpool site, very friendly! It was a great service that provided cheap rent as a guardian.

Had a great experience with Ad Hoc. Accomodation was pretty good for the price and the team were friendly to deal with. I read some of the reviews and wonder how experiences can differ so much, but each to their own I suppose. I have no hesitation in recommending Ad Hoc!

I have been with Ad Hoc for the past 2 years now and the only regret is that I didn't found them sooner. It was a great way to save for my first house and equally important, to meet likeminded people that I'm very pleased to say I built a community with. Rory as been my host trough the 3 properties I have been at and always went the extra mile to ensure both the properties and guardians were safe and enjoying a good experience.

I have just moved into a guardianship in Brighton and dealt with Hasnat from Ad Hoc's London office. I have been over the moon with the service I have received and the ease in which I was able to secure a room. The whole process has been straightforward and swift!
