I have been living in thornbury at an Ad Hoc property for a few years and only have good things to say about the Bristol Ad Hoc management team, always really quick to respond and sort out any issues and that occur. Today in particular I stupidly locked my self out and had to call Someone out but luckily a member of the team (Rory) kindly came to my rescue within an hour of contacting them and saved the day!

Was given noticed after I put a complaint in that I was assaulted and the state of the place from other guardians. Turned into a civil court case, they then held court summons for 8 days and they have left me with £10k debt and very homeless.

Very nice people.I’ve been with them for almost 1 year in a mega-villa in Hale with the swimming pool and a pound in an huge garden.The agent Rob is been always super nice, helpful, approachable and understanding as the other girls in the office.

Had a good experience with Ad HOC made myself feel very welcome and explained everything clearly to me and if I have any issues they are always straight there to help. Daryl is very welcoming and has helped myself with issue that had occurred.

At every level of securing a Guardian Property I have found both Dean Tidy and the wider team to be a great source of support. This guy (Dean) is I feel a great credit to his profession as I have found him to be knowledgeable with regards to both the legal and practical aspects of this specialised means of renting affordable properties throughout the London area. Moreover he manages all of this with a considerate, polite, assuring and professional manner. AdHoc generally I feel lead the way in the property guardian services. I would highly recommend this professional if you are seeking good quality affordable housing in London and the wider UK. AdHoc - thank you very much for all you have done for me!!!

When I saw Ad Hoc online I was unsure about becoming a guardian. Having met the other guardians in the property before moving, I noticed they were just like me, normal friendly people my age. Being a guardian means I get to live somewhere at a discounted price with likeminded people. It’s been an awesome stop gap and I’m happy to say Ad Hoc are a great property management company.Both Rory (Wells) and Trina (Bristol) went the extra mile when I moved in and Trina sent an email round robin out to other guardians to welcome me and help me get settled. They did! I’ve enjoyed living here and would do so again. If you’re questioning it, I’d say to go for it. It isn’t what you think.

The Ad Hoc Guardians solution can be a very positive choice, especially for people who are in a transitory phase. For example, you have found a job in a particular area where a room/flat is available at premises protected by the Ad Hoc organisation and you need a simple form of accommodation before deciding where you should live on a permanent basis in the district in question; you intend to save money for future projects; you engage in ‘smart working’ and want to start a sort of 'familiarisation and reconnaissance' phase in a particular part of the country. Personally, I am currently living at an Ad Hoc Guardians site in Wellington in Somerset. It's a wonderful building close to various parks and the countryside. I have also met some interesting people here and I've made a few friends in the peaceful 'community' I am living in.

FacebookI lived with Ad-Hoc, both the Liverpool office and Ian Taggart were excellent in getting me set up and helping me with general queries. The welcome package was fantastic and I couldn't recommend it more.Very reasonably priced compared to normal renting, which was perfect for me at the time.

We were Ad Hoc guardians for approx 18 months in Ipswich and Cambridge. All the Guardian recruiters, and the buildings and compliance officer Luke Cutler,have been very pleasant and helpful. Our last recruiter was Rebecca Fulford, we found her to be very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely consider using Ad Hoc sevices again in the future.
