Extremely bad. I would never stay with them again. They cannot be trusted. I am now having to seek legal action against them and writing to the council. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I cannot recommend them to anyone now. My mistake was putting my trust and faith in such an unprofessional company. Never again

I applied to be a Guardian with Adhoc thinking I'd be waiting a quite while to get a room. I got a call within two weeks of applying, multiple rooms available. Charlie McMonagle was my agent who has been incredibly helpful and kind. He worked late on a Friday to make sure I got my keys so I could move into my room over the weekend! Many thanks.

Great experience being a guardian. Good service and cheap rent, also service is good. Fast response to any problems in the property, sadly I'm moving out coz my partner is coming here in the UK tenants are already maxed out, so need to find another place. I am deeply sorry to have to write this review.My experience with AdHok and it'd representative has not been in any way professional or fare.I'm a guardian of 2 years and 7 months of a listed Georgian building in Hull, East Yorkshire.In those 2 years 7 months I've taken on the role fire warden for the building. I provided cleaning equipment and supplies. I have also provided a washing machine for other guardians and had to do maintenance to plumbing.In February of 2021 I was taken seriously ill and was diagnosed with heart disease and in the July I underwent a quadruple heart by-pass. And I am also awaiting spinal surgery for a protruding disc.This resulted in my funds suffering and I fell behind, as I was unable to work.I was given time to catch up and am very much appreciative of that respite.This however meant I had to reduce the things I was doing in the building.I then experienced ignorance and complacency of required repairs and maintenance of the building.I have since been threatened with eviction on 2 occasions with false accusation and warnings to stop reporting repairs and complaints. And also told with my recent disability diagnosis I could no longer be a guardian.I am now seeking property with the council.I was given til March 1st to vacate in in December 2021 after negotiations to extend from the 1st January 2022 from a 3rd false accusation. I have not yet received any help from the council and I requested a further extension to my vacating the property. Ad Hok have refused.

I am recommending their services to those, who find their solution to be suitable for their current situation, they will be in good hands. Very professional company.

Victoria from the Peterborough team I believe is an absolute god send! She has been so helpful in helping me finally get into my very own place where I have had to move to for work and has gone above and beyond to help show me how to get things sorted such as my bills since I’ve never done them before. The flat itself is what used to be residential retirement flats, all decorated differently, to which Victoria helped me find one to suit my taste. I am beyond impressed and plan on staying here as long as possible.Can not commend Victoria or recommend enough :)

I have had the most welcoming experience whilst moving into my property with Ad Hoc. Daryl and Nikki have provided me with everything I’ve asked for and have been so helpful toward me. Appreciate all the help and would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to staying with Ad Hoc for long term :)

So with all honesty, without the help of the super helpful Adhoc team, including my 'guardian angel', Hasnat, there is no way I would have been able to get through this jungle of paperwork and stress while moving. Their calm, kind, patient, friendly and super professional behaviour (and of course their knowledge) has been calming me down big time, and helped me to get through this, otherwise-would-be-super-hectic-experience. Big thank you and appretiation to the whole team, especially to Hasnat, for their support and help! And of course for all their above mentioned qualities! 😇🥰

GoogleAd Hoc Property Management I start renting from Ad Hoc sinds 2018. Never had an issue. They are professional and doing the right things to sort you out. The communication with Ad Hoc is always top. Never had to wait too long whenever I mailed or used WhatsApp. To be a guardian is different from living in a house only by yourself. It is a way of life. You have to make yourself comfortable in the space you got. You have to build up the cooperation with Ad Hoc and aim for a harmonious working method. Because the houses and the composition of the household are different, you have to take each other into account. Besides, everywhere in this world we have to take each other into account. A guardian has also make an effort to make the best of it with Ad Hoc. You need two benevolent parties for a relationship.

I had a great tour around the property with Martin. He was excellent at responding to any questions I had throughout the process via email and phone conversations. My induction was completed on the move in date with Craig who was very helpful and informative. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Adhoc so far and look forward to my time staying with Adhoc.

Time wasters.I spoke on the telephone with them regarding a room they were letting in a residential property between Weymouth and Dorchester. She asked me all kinds of personal questions, which is fine, but they would not answer many of my questions about the house, company or the agreement. She then said it was going nowhere and hang-up, even though I met all of their requirements, was able to move very soon, and was still interested in the room.Bloody time wasters.

I went to see a property (Mencap building) in High Wycombe. Two other men were waiting for the agent to arrive. Eastern European men, broken English, not very clean. The agent was late but luckily could get to see inside the house straight away. No locks on doors, anyone at anytime can get into your room. Not appropriate for single women. Not clean in overall, reminded me of a secluded institute with dark corridors. Not pleasant, I would not live there for free.
