I am extremely glad with the services provided by Accord letting agents, especially Absar Sarwar. All communications with him were clear and consise. He was very patient and kind and explained all my queries. This is my first time renting my own place, and Absar helped and guided me through the seps in details. Although I live in a different city, and planning on renting in Birmingham, I was able to easily book in a viewing, followed by application submission. Apart from the actual viewing which was in-person, everything else was online and a seamless process. My husband and I moved recently to the Birmingham City Centre into a very nice apartment in an amazing localization. I believe it is important to say it wasn't easy, because I didn't have my job contract yet. However, Lauren, Jaya and kimberley make the process easier. They could understand why the delay from my job reference and negotiate with me other possibilities. I have to strongly highlight Lauren's work. My first visit with her was more than one month ago, when I went to visit one flat, but she noticed there wasn't the flat I was looking for. On the second visit, in a different flat - which we (my husband and I) didn't like as well, she kindly asked us about our budget and what we were looking for. At the end of the chat she asked me about the building I am leaving now. Lauren showed us a video from the apartment, and I was flattered. Something was saying to me that was my new home. Two weeks later I went to a visit with Jaya in that apartment would Lauren advised me. When I entered I said to myself it is this one! We collected the keys last Friday, and on Saturday we started to move in. It has been amazing living in the Birmingham City Centre. I want to highlight as well, on the day we went to collect the keys, Nadine (I hope her name is right) gave us the keys and a beautiful box from According Letting with many gifts inside, for me was very careful and showed me this agency is concerned about the clients. The minimum I have to do is be thankful for everything and give the maximum stars I can give. Again, thanks so much, Lauren Taylor.

Fantastic service, viewed 3 properties in one afternoon with 3 different agencies and Nadine was the only one to turn up on time and even though she was covering for someone therefore her knowledge of the property was not 100% i was still confident in the property and the agency. Nadine's approach was relaxed but still professional and made me feel that if i had any issues with the property i could approach her about them. I am still awaiting for final verification for the property but even if i don't get it the communication and they way i have been treated through this process has been much better than a number of agencies i have dealt with in the past. Completely recommend this company and Nadine, again fantastic.

It's now 9 months I'm a tenant of Accord. And now I can finally say that they are very professional!! Before they had an incompetent staff, who never fixed all the issues that I reported. Ellen she fixed all my previous issues in a few weeks(new wash machine and widow has been repaired).Thank you Ellen for your professionalism! UPDATE: I did my check out on 16th April and I am still waiting my deposit back! The answer for this long wait it is "the landlord does not answer". They tried to charge me for a widow broken and a missing alarm that obviously I did not break it as it was already broken when I moved in. They do that without verify the inventory done before I moved in the apartment!!! No professionalism here!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
