We have recently bought a property through LV. The law firms involved made what should have been a relatively simple transaction, a rather tortuous process. Had it not been for Aimee at LV and her tenacity, constant chasing and cajoling I think we would still be going round in circles. Not only that she is very good in communication and explaining the details of the property. Stacey immediately booked the property the moment I liked it. Worst experience

Worst experience I’ve had with any estate agent ever! Very hard to get hold of, and don’t reply to emails promptly. Been dealing with both sales and letting and they’ve always either been out on appointments or annual leave, never returning any calls. Hamad (sales manager) has been rude and difficult to work with. They refuse to share the tenants contact details with me even though I am the landlord! If you’re looking to rent or sell your property, stay far from LV property, they will make the whole process very difficult for you.

The worse experience ever

The worse experience ever. All staff have walked out due to conduct issues, every time I call staff are not lasting a month. Gemma left my tenant out of water electric for 3 days before they reported the incident to me. Again compromised their safety when reported front door lock Brocken they wrote it as resolved and did not even seen them. Then to find they billed me £270 for a contractor that I was not even informed of. Two male men working for the company Hamad & Jas were so aggressive to me on serval occasions. They have no ethic code of conduct on how to behaviour towards their paying customers. I am a paying customer and this is how they treat you. Then to leave I have to pay them £2200. There is a lot of fraud going on bullying aggressive behaviour. I don’t feel safe!

Whilst in Birmingham for just one day, I called LV in hopes of viewing a specific property. I didn’t expect much at such short notice but LV went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to view the property that same day. After a long day of viewings, my agent Jesse was a total breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and had a big smile on face the whole time. I have recently sold my property with LV property and can now vouch for the rest of the reviews that they really are brilliant. Not only did they know where my property was without me giving the full address, they were able to tell me things about my property that I didn’t know! Thanks to Sophie who did our Valuation, who may I add, is extremely clued up on the area. No sale is smooth I can also vouch for that when I purchased the property, but to no surprise LV went above and beyond to ensure the sale didn’t fall through. Aimee in particular, who kept my spirits high and kept the buyer keen, was brilliant in pushing the sale to completion so quickly. Jas was great with accepting our offer and ensuring we got the price we not only needed, but had aimed to achieve! LV Property have been outstanding from start to finish, and are nothing short of amazing. I had a bad experience with a previous agent, and transferred my property onto LV. From the get go both Ella and Stacey were very informative and I was pretty much sold on the services they offered.
