Harry Stewart is hands down the best estate agent I have dealt with. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. P.s. do not use Martins! They were terrible, no one even acknolwedged me if i walked into their office. They got only 2 viewings which were a waste of time and tried to make me reduce the pice by £50k! Went to LV who sold it quickly for only just under the asking price and that was because I needed to move quickly.

It was a pleasant experience with LV Property especially with the surge of demand in the month of September. The viewing appointment was booked by Karan Dulai who helped fix a data error due to which I had not received their emails earlier. Viewing was managed by Stacey Ritchie. She was prompt for the appointment and patient with the numerous queries we had. The form was sent out a little late, understandably due to a high number of viewings the following day and the Deposit alternative scheme was explained a little late, however the overall process was quick and commendable. The subsequent process of letting was managed by Arvind Rattu, apart from the key collection, rest all processes were digital / automated and seamless, with Vouch managed referencing, PropertyFile managed Agreement signing etc. Arvind was very understanding/accommodating and in fact he managed to get me the keys within a day of reference (and obviously payment :)) completion. Kudos to the LV Property team. Please keep up the excellent work!

I recently sold my city centre apartment through LV in what is undoubtedly a challenging market. From the outset and throughout the process, I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the LV team, which could generally be measured in minutes rather than hours or days. There was always a point of contact available, with updates via email, text, WhatsApp and crucially over the phone. A special thanks goes to Harry who I can best describe as part tame (and cheerful) alsatian, part therapist. The buyer's solicitors were impressively shambolic and, without Harry's tenacious efforts in chasing on my behalf as well as his kind counsel, we still would not have completed. As someone who is looking to invest in Birmingham this year I have been in contact with many estate agents to gain insight into high yielding areas. We had 4 weeks to find a new tenant, and Stacey assured us that would be no problem. She found someone almost immediately but due to a work change they pulled out after 2 weeks. She still assured us they would find someone to move in, in 2 weeks. And she did! A great tenant and at a much higher price than we thought we would get. A few minor miscommunications internally but overall happy with the service, and the dealings with Stacey and Arvind were friendly and courteous. Stacey was always available on the phone or if not would call be back very quickly. Would recommend.

I had a very very positive experience with LV Property. I was purchasing a property for the first time and everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. The main estate agent I dealt with was Harry Stewart who helped to make something as stressful as buying a property so much easier. I’ve had negative experiences with estate agents in the past but Harry was honest and helpful and not pushy at all. Any questions about the property he was unable to immediately answer, he very quickly found the answer. He also helped to move things along as quickly as possible by consistently following up on anything outstanding, and responding quickly to any queries I had. I am incredibly pleased with the fantastic service I have received and honestly could not recommend them enough.
