Nothing but constant issues with our new build house in the first 6 months of living here. Called and chased up customer care on several occasions and it’s not been sorted. I’d avoid buying a robertson house especially in Inverness.

Robertson Homes have failed to build Dargavel Primary School within the agreed timescale due to a lack of resources, however they continue to build and sell homes. Putting corporate greed over children’s education.
Dargavel Primary School is being delivered by Robertson Construction for BAE Systems who in turn are delivering for Renfrewshire Council.Robertson Homes and Robertson Construction have no contractual links. Robertson Homes has no obligation in the delivery of the new school.Robertson Construction has released the following statement.A spokesperson for Robertson said:“We have been working with our customer BAE Systems to deliver the new Dargavel Primary School for Renfrewshire Council. “Many of the local community have expressed frustration at the building not being available for the new school term in August and while we understand their frustration, we remain committed to delivering a high-quality school for the community.“The start of the project was delayed as a result of the March 2020 lock down instructed by government to protect the community and workforce from COVID. Since starting the project, we have been complying with stringent safe operating procedures which are in place to protect both the workforce and the community. This has resulted in a reduction of the number of people who can be on-site at any one time. Safety is our number one priority and as a result we cannot and will not compromise the health and wellbeing of our workforce or the communities we work in. “Due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic and the effect that this has had on our industry, coupled with our priority to keep the communities where we work and our workforce safe the school will not be handed over in August. “We appreciate the frustration of the local community and would like to assure them that we share their desire for a high-quality school which will enhance attainment and benefit the local community for years to come.“The date for opening the new Dargavel Primary School will be announced shortly.”ENDS

Absolute disgrace that between Robertson Homes and Renfrewshire Council they can not get the School finished. If they worked round the clock I’m sure it could be finished. Mad, Sad and Disappointed.

I have already wrote a review which Robertsons homes answered with lies. Yes my case was handed over, but 2 years down the line we are still waiting for poor workmanship to be fixed. Work that was snagged in 2019, stay away from this company once they have your money they will not want to know you, their list of excuses is exceptional.

If I could pick 0 stars I would! The worst new home builder out there. Build a home with hundreds of issues and none of their customer service team reply to emails. Followed the formal complaint procedure and contacted the CEO and still get no response!

Given up trying to get our home fixed after 18 months, now asking the NHBC to support in getting the Robertson team to care in the slightest. Even their exec board team don't reply to customers, nobody genuinely seems to give a hoot once they sell a house.Avoid buying from Robertsons. Great marketing but the reality is very different.

WHERE IS CUSTOMER CARE!!! I have written 5 emails now over a 4 week period and getting absolutely no where. I didn't think it could get worse but it clearly has! Their automated response says 48 hours but this is clearly a lie! AWFUL!
