Their support is horrible. Their chat bot is a disaster. I would avoid it at all costs. I only use the free version, the premium version is not worth the money.

GoogleCurrently renting a property with IMS as our agents. They were very helpful throughout the application and moving process and have responded to any problems very quickly. All the office staff are friendly and lovely to deal with. Would recommend to anyone!

We use calendly system every day, our customers are enjoy. Only one thing, what you can improve, just add additional Russian language to the system, because not all RU people knows English.

An initial glitch was resolved quickly and now it's saving loads of time, sending out apppointments in the times I've made available, as well as automatically generating Zoom links.
