Honestly these guys were brilliant, they always got back to us promptly, they were highly professional and helped manage bidders in a sensitive situation. I could not fault them at all, we achieved a fantastic price for our house, far more in some instances that other agents even valued it at so we are delighted. Even after we had accepted an offer they continued to help, Colin in particular was great and managed communications and queries between us and the buyers in a very professional and efficient manner. He also helped considerably with the solicitors and moving things along. I would have no hesitation in recommending them all and if we were staying in the UK then I would definitely use them again.
