Would really recommend them to future buyers. Colin and his team were very helpful and took us through the steps we needed to be able to successfully complete the sale.

GoogleWe originally purchased our flat through Barton Fleming in 2015 and have just recently sold it after several years of letting the property. Throughout the whole of this time the sales and letting team have been amazing. They have been both professional and readily available every step of our journey. I am sure there are a number of colleagues behind the scene but we have dealt directly with Tim, Jeanette and Terry in particular and cannot thank them enough for their services. In this day and age it is not always easy to build confidence in a company or have the continuity of staff that helps build positive relationship. Thank you team. We would fully recommend this company.

Unfortunately the legal profession and to a large degree Estate Agents too seem to be on a race to the bottom when it comes to the functioning of the legal process and the chasing of it by estate agents. They are so obsessed with cutting costs to the bone that it leaves them short of resources to actually get the work done. I'm sorry you had problems with your solicitor and agent. These days it is a common problem and leads to a lot of unnecessary heartache. So many vendors choose agents and solicitors that work this way and us time-served estate agents end up picking up the pieces and doing the donkey work for other people in the chain. GoogleBarton Fleming have been absolutely fantastic throughout my house sale and purchase. I must admit I was sceptical about estate agents and what benefit they bring to the house buying and selling process but they have well and truly put that to bed. Selling my house for a fantastic price in a recession, finding new buyers within 24hrs when my first buyers pulled out, communicating frequently with me, giving blue light card discount I mean the list goes on. Thank-you so much for leaving me with a happy positive end to my 12 years in Oxfordshire. On to the next chapter!

GoogleMy wife and I bought our first home through Barton Fleming. The details of the property were well produced and included good photos and a remarkably accurate floor plan. Terry and Colin were very helpful arranging viewings to fit in with our schedules. The guys also managed to keep the vendors on side when we encountered unexpected and unavoidable delays following negotiations and our mortgage offer and no doubt helped us stay on track to complete in a reasonable timescale. I have no hesitation in recommending Barton Fleming, they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely great at what they do!
