Barton Fleming are the best!! Second time working with Barton Fleming. First time as a buyer and this time as a seller. Our house sold in 7 days! Shout out to Terry for getting that done. Little did we know we were entering a rather complicated chain which got very difficult and drawn out. Thank god we had Colin on the case who went above and beyond to get the chain moving. He was speaking to other estate agents, other lawyers and even the developer on the site of a new build that was holding things up. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do to help get things over the line. I just want to thank the team. You really looked after us and did everything you could to get us moving. Seriously - if you’re selling your house get this amazing local business on the case.

Writing this review as my previous review seems to have been removed. I suspect it maybe because it was so glowing that Google thought it had been written by Barton Fleming themselves! Anyhow, we used Barton Fleming to sell our house which completed back in March 2025. As someone who has had many dealing with estate agents over the years, I have to say the Barton Fleming are the best agent I have ever dealt with. All of the team are very professional in their approach and I never had a sense of any BS being used. Colin in particular was excellent. Communication was very good, his level of experience shone through and is a great problem solver with a positive attitude. Barton Fleming are the best estate agents we have dealt with by far. The team are all very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. We have recently sold our house, however, the other estate agent that we were buying from were useless as were most of the solicitors involved in the very small chain. If Colin had not stepped in and managed everyone from the top to the bottom of the chain I do not believe we would have moved. Colin kept our buyers up to date, he reassured us as much as he could and essentially did the work of the estate agent we were buying from. He kept in contact with the solicitors and did not allow them to drop the ball as they had done many times early on in to the sale/purchase. He went above and beyond and put the customer (us) first!
