GoogleScarlett has been an absolute dream to work with whilst we come to the end of our tenancy with Alexander & Co. Nothing is too much and she has communicated everything we've needed to incredibly clearly and very promptly. She is also clearly just a lovely person and very easy to talk to, thank you so much Scarlett! We will miss working with Alexander & Co. when we move and hope we'll have the opportunity to do so again in the future.

GoogleFantastic service! Myself and a housemate viewed a few properties with Mary and were very pleased with how helpful she was. We viewed a couple of properties early in the week which were all very appealing but we were then contacted by her about another to view at the weekend which we loved! Mary has been extremely friendly and professional during our property search. We would highly recommend Alexander & Co and Mary when looking to rent a property in Bicester!

GoogleWe bought our property from Alexander & Co, we got the keys on 18 February 2022. We had our viewing assisted by Kaiden. Kaiden was very friendly and approachable, made me feel very comfortable to view the property. He had all the answer I needed. They were always on the top of things throughout the process. All the queries were promptly actioned. They guided us with everything we needed. Kaiden kept us informed all the time with the process. Couldn’t have been better, We are very pleased with our smooth, quick and successful process. We thank Kaiden and the team very much. Highly recommend.

FacebookIf I could give 0 stars I would. We sold our house through Alexander as a house we wanted was for sale with them so felt it was easier. Everything was fine at the beginning but once it was on the market and we had like 3 viewings, there was no interest in selling it. One person viewed ours and wanted it but had to sell their house still but to Alexander that meant 'someone wants it, let's not bother anymore'. During the pandemic, our house sale fell through yet we didn't find out through our own agents who were Alexander. We had a weekly courtesy call from the estate agents we were buying through but not a peep from Alexander, the estate agents we are paying. When we resold, we complained so suddenly they took an interest for about 5 minutes. When we exchanged contracts and were agreeing move dates, I was doing all the leg work and heard absolutely nothing from Alexander. Since talking with others, I have not heard anyone with one good thing to say about this company. I can't believe I had to pay them nearly £4000 yet the other estate agents helped me and kept in contact with me far more. This is only a snippet of the issues we had so you can only imagine how stressful our move was. An embarrassment of a company, please don't ever waste your time or money.

GoogleAwful agency. Just awful. No repairs were ever done, everything was blamed on us, tenants, when sink started leaking as it was not sealed with silicone, it was suggested that both of us (in the ripe age of mid 30s) don’t know how to use kitchen sink properly! Property managers would change constantly but the last one, Debi, omg…. Just beyond one sided (her answer to any questions etc at the end of tenancy was “you’ll need to pay” or when just commenting on quality of check in and check out inventory which were done years apart, her answer was “you signed it, you’ll pay”) rude and nasty. Not doing her job, not responding to emails for months, and then suggesting we should be thankful, when she was prompted by her colleague to respond to me with basic check out info, for doing her job (finally!!) Circus on wheels honestly…
