GoogleSam and her team have been kind, helpful and very understanding with helping me in what is a stressful time. If I have any worries or I'm unsure of any thing I can phone or call into branch at any time. They are making what's an emotional time aswell tense much easier as I don't feel on my own.

Always available to help and take calls and if not they will call you straight back. Very knowledgeable and very proactive in dealing with difficult and slow solicitors. Would highly recommend to anyone selling.

GoogleTheir emails often state for a quick response when in receipt of money. Yet on the flip side, a simple refund takes over 5 weeks. I'd probably be still waiting if I had not chased for an update....Very disappointing level of customer service.

GoogleVery disappointed with the level of service from the sales side of Your Move. We were very unhappy from early on. From the poor level of viewings to the agent not wanting to come out with the potential buys. We gave notice to leave the contract as soon as possible but they found us a buyer right at the end. The sale has just fallen through due to the mortgage lender reducing their offer because one of the buyers is on flexable furlow. We have appointed another agent who we were really impressed by, would not use or recommend Your move now or in the future

GoogleWe used Your Move in Bexleyheath to sell our house and the service from them from beginning to end was impeccable. Every time I called them for advice and updates they was always there for me to assure me and give me answers. If I needed them to chase up answers from solicitors it was no problem. They offered me guidance and help every step of the way. In particular I would like to mention the Manager, Dan Carlisle and his assistant Karen, I cannot fault them in their professionalism and knowledge. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends who are selling. Thank you Your Move.

GoogleHaving seen plenty of estate agents over a long time,I have to say that the team at Your move Bexleyheath specifically Chloe and Lucy are a breath of fresh air. Not only did Chloe deliver the impossible 3 years back and obtained a great tenant in ONE day,for a rental property . However what was even more amazing is that after 3 years,Chloe and Lucy does the absolute impossible and gets a tenant in for the same property AGAIN ON the First day!! (And this was after two months of another estate agent trying to find a tenant for the house) Thank you for being proactive and results oriented.
