GoogleSuky who works for this estate agent is an absolute scum bag, I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. Be careful letting with these they will take your deposit and referencing fees and takes no prisoners, be warned!

In the absence of a name, we are unable to comment and can only ask that you email us with more information to address your dissatisfaction.
In the meantime please be assured that we do not charge referencing fees (they were banned in June 2019), and all deposits are held by Deposit Protection Service (not us) who adjudicate if there is a dispute between landlord and tenant.
Therefore without further information we are unable understand or engage on this matter.
