We recently bought a property in Welling through Dan Frost, and although the process took around five months, Dan’s professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference. From the start, Dan maintained a “glass half full” mentality, even when things got delayed or complicated, he stayed calm, solution-oriented, and encouraging. He handled all negotiations with the seller in a thorough and transparent manner. Every request or concern we raised was communicated clearly, without any “Chinese whispers” or confusion. Dan’s negotiation skills were excellent, he ensured that our position as buyers was never weakened just because he wanted to secure a sale. He handled discussions around price and conditions carefully and fairly, keeping both sides informed while protecting our interests. When we were slow to progress certain steps, Dan didn’t hesitate to push us, but he did it in a balanced way, sending clear and timely reminders while also recognising when work pressures were affecting us and giving us the space we needed. He managed communication with both our conveyancer and the seller’s side very well, ensuring that everything was not only discussed over the phone but also documented in writing, which created a clear and reliable paper trail. Even towards the end of the transaction, Dan went the extra mile, organising one final visit to the property, collecting a list of remaining issues, and making sure the seller addressed them before completion. Honestly, Dan often felt more like our agent than the seller’s. His level of care, communication, and attention to detail went far beyond what we expected, and we’re very grateful for his support throughout the entire process.

We were very happy with every aspect of the service - we got a very clear and detailed explanation of the valuation, lots of advice, high quality photos for the advert and regular updates.
