I highly recommend Aletta Shaw, and particularly Samir who I worked with directly. I was in a difficult employment situation and previous solicitors seemed more intent on figuring out how to make money from me rather than on what would be best for me. Samir took time to listen and understand and seemed to genuinely to have my best interests at heart. I would definitely use this firm again and recommend them to others.

I can highly recommend Aletta Shaw and Samir Moftah in particular. Samir was extremely sympathetic and reassuring during the initial consultation whilst giving a detailed and frank outline of of the potential outcomes of my case with Transport Investigations Ltd. A very professional service was provided and I was kept up to date with proceedings. An out of court settlement was reached (much quicker than I expected) and for that I am extremely grateful.

I would highly recommend Aletta Shaw to someone who is looking for representation with TFL cases. Samir Moftah is an excellent lawyer. He is calm, collected, will listen to you and always there to provide you with support. If your situation is quite bleak don't worry just get in touch with him. He can get a positive result out from a dire situation. They are very upfront about costs and worth every penny.

We recently worked with Katie McCaughin from Aletta Shaw solicitors for our first home purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The process felt smooth and straightforward which was pleasantly surprising given the horror …

I was recommended to Alleta Shaw through a friend who had also used their services. I found Samir to be very professional, making Skype calls to me as I was unable to attend in person due to my disability. The advice he gave was first rate and was always available when I had further questions. I would definitely recommend Alleta Shaw and Samir.

I used Alleta Shaw because of the impressive reviews on google. Samir lead my case to whom I instantly fealt confidence in from the initial consultation. He had an exceptional barrister (Andrew Horsell) meet me at my first case hearing who again gave me great advice that granted me a better outcome that was ever initially expected. Thank you Alleta Shaw!

I would recommend Aletta Shaw solicitors to ANYONE with a problem - in particular SAMIR MOFTAH who dealt with my TFL case on mu daughters behalf. We had one initial consultation between him, myself and my daughter to gain a background into the transgression and the next day he contacted me to say my case was resolved and was not going to proceed to court. I ended up paying a reasonable fine and my daughter escaped a criminal record which was the best outcome I could hope for. Thank you Samir for all your help getting the case resolved so quickly and painlesslyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I instructed Katie for my recent purchase and she was amazing. She always replied to my emails within a number of hours. I am a first time buyer and she often had a call with me if there was anything about the process that I didn’t understand. I will be recommending her to friends and family.

Fantastic service, fast, efficient and professional. Samir was very thurough, he clearly explained my options to me and 20mins and a phone call later everything was sorted. At first I thought the flat fee was a little high as I'm not from London but after the service I received I cannot recommend him enough.

I would recommend Aletta Shaw solicitors to ANYONE with a problem - in particular SAMIR MOFTAH who dealt with my TFL case. My situation was worsened in dealing with another solicitor previously in relation to a TFL fare evasion matter. The previous solicitors has pretty much given up after a response from TFL but then we approached ALLETA SHAW- Samir Moftah. After just 1 meeting he had given me confidence through a clear and practical plan of how we can approach the case. I was very worried and couldn’t think straight but he helped me along the way by always being there for any questions. Absolute legend in my and my family’s eyes !!! The one advice I will tell everyone is - FOLLOW WHAT HE SAYS. Trust me he knows what to do. He’s pretty much saved me with 1 day to go to court with a formal warning from the TFL. Emilia was fantastic too with always being there on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and assured me the case is being taken of. Tfl case went on for 6 months but Samir and his team managed to turn around the prosecution decision with 24 hrs to go to court. Thanks Aletta Shaw for saving my future. Will always be indebted to your help.

Her professionalism and dedication ensured a great outcome. I would highly recommend using this firm if you need professional legal help. Thank you again Emilia I do not think the outcome would have been as positive if I hadn’t used her legal services.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
