George Jordan was a phenomenal letting agent, that helped us in many ways through our journey into letting our first house together. He was kind and attentive as well as resolving all issues we had pretty much instantly. I am very pleased we went with wards and had George as our letting agent as this made everything go so much smoother and giving the least amount of stress. I couldn't thank him enough for the work he put in.

Because we recently moved into the UK, I've been told that I should plan to get a rental property in about 6-8 weeks but these guys pleasantly surprised me, I got everything wrapped up in 2 weeks! No hassles with the documentation process. Thanks so much Patrick! The process was seamless and he kept giving us updates every step of the way, everyone thinks we got a great deal on this 2 bedroom terrace, we think so too! Definitely looking forward to buying a property through them in the near future, that's how much confidence we have in Wards. Thanks again!

I made the decision to let my property and the staff at the Lettings Team at Wards in Ramsgate have been extremely helpful from the very beginning. Advising me at all stages, always being there to answer my questions and keeping me in touch at all times. Maria in particular needs a special mention as she was there helping me through the whole process and did so in a friendly, courteous and very professional manner. Also, David and Hannah were always on hand to answer any questions and were equally helpful. I would highly recommend the team.

Many thanks to Jason and his team at Rochester who were always on the ball and professional when selling our house, especially Debbie and Dawn who were helpful, reassuring and supportive during the twists and turns of our sale.We also found our sales coordinator Judy day an absolute god send, during the final sales process when ever we had a concern, she would offer reassurance and answers to our queries in terms we understood, when some of the legal processes and terms appeared a little confusing at times.

Where to start, so we used Wards to sell our home with the process starting in around May 2021, lots of usual issues with viewings, buyers, chains, mortgage offers/rates renewing etc. we eventually moved in May 2022. However I honestly believe this wouldn’t have happened and we would have lost a lot of time and money if it wasn’t for the efforts of Wards with managing the chain. Kim was vital to this and she went over and above to make sure the chain progressed as it needed to, chasing unresponsive solicitors, even speaking to individuals who weren’t even using wards to help them action their parts so the whole chain could move along. Lots of stressful moments and near misses but as stated above none of this would have gone through without Kim. Thank you so much Kim! The lads in the office were also always helpful and even helped chase thrnsolicitors on the day of completion when we hadn’t heard anything by around 3:15pm, which was then quickly resolved after a call in to wards. All in all the most stressful move we’ve ever had. But wards were the only ones in the chain (around 5 buyers/sellers and at least another 3 estate agents and solicitors) that seemed to care. I would suggest to anyone that you use Wards or at least make sure your estate agent provides someone like Kim in a progressor type role to manage the chain.

We recently purchased our property through Wards New Romney, the process like any other purchase was lengthy and challenging. However, Wards New Romney and the team were fully supportive, and helpful in assisting us, and in particular our allocated agent Jake was exceptional. Jake was friendly, helpful and fully onboard with completing our purchase from the get go. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer and solicitor when needed and encouraging us at all times, to give us confidence all would be completed as suggested. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff and our purchase progressor made everything easier and more streamlined. We were also thoroughly pleased with his recommendation to use their recommended/linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication and we could not recommend this service enough.Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding and helpful; he gave us so much time and assistance to get our purchase and sale completed we could not have asked for more. If you want a helpful and supportive experience, with clear communication and excellent customer service you need to choose Wards New Romney!!

GoogleBecky, Debbie and Brendon were all so helpful with the process of selling our flat. Brendon explained our options so thoroughly and clearly at the beginning; it was an easy decision to choose Wards. Debbie and Becky were on hand to support us during the selling process, liaising with us and our chain. Becky even came to us to collect the keys on completion day which made q super stressful day ever so slightly less stressful. I can't recommend them enough!
