Unprofessional and unreliable agency

I rented with wards for 2 and a half years with a nil deposit scheme . From the first day of moving in we had problems with the property, no hot water, no heating, leaking boiler and bath in the middle of a snowy winter. We had to find our own plumber as the landlord liked to take his time getting in touch. From that day I have regretted my decision to not only move into that house but to also rent through wards. Their property management team are an embarrassment and extremely unprofessional, on numerous occasions I was spoken to on the phone in a very disrespectful manner. During my time in the house we experienced serious problems in the house which put myself and another member of the house hold in hospital. I have no finally moved out of the property and found a lovely landlord who has pride in his property.I have now been told by wards that I need to pay over £200 for cleaning the house ( which was done before I left) and they’re waiting for the contractor to give them a quote for more works that are needed in the home but not due to any fault of mine, I’m disgusted and shocked by this. So in my honest opinion I do not recommend Wards as an estate agency whatsoever. I do however recommend Ben Siggins and Connells who are very professional and reliable.
