Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

They have worked hard to answer my many questions on multiple properties I was looking into. Isabelle, was also very professional and adaptable in organizing viewings, answering questions during the viewings and following up afterwards to address the concerns of both buyer and seller.

Do not use them to let and manage your property! Tyler from Gravesend is managing our property and it’s useless to pay for it. Nothing gets done on time, dates aren’t met, no calls, she isn’t proactive and just causes more stress. What a waist of money! When asking her about things she doenst even have an answer. Plus they only check the apartment once every 6 months and don’t have one letting manager per property. Do not use them!

Was impressed from the beginning with their understanding of the market and the confidence they gave on the pricing, marketing. House was sold after two weeks on the market at the higher end of the pricing bracket.

Despite us already having a mortgage in principle, she repeatedly pressured us to use their in-house mortgage services. She stated that without a mortgage in principle we would not be allowed to view the property, even though we had already provided an email from our independent mortgage adviser confirming how much we could borrow. Her approach was unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable.

We were from way out of area and selling a property for an elderly relative. Robinson Jackson were recommended to us by a neighbour. We were impressed with the company and Scott, in particular, right from the initial contact. In challenging circumstances he and Tony gave us prompt, efficient, sensitive and frank service. They really know the local market and went the extra mile to help us in every way in order to ease our pathway. Communications were timely and effective. The house sold in record time with efficient management from the progressing team. We cannot thank you enough. Carry on doing what you do!

We’ve had a horrendous experience with Robinson Jackson and would recommend avoiding at all costs. As first time landlords, we have had a serious issue with our tenant (including theft, crime & missed rental payments) and Robinson Jackson have done nothing to protect us as landlords. Our property was left destroyed, we are very out of pocket (even with insurance) and months down the line, Robinson Jackson continuously fail us. You never get a response, and when you do it’s often wrong or missing vital information. Would literally go with any other estate agent over them.

What l liked about these agents were that they are very straight forward to use and upfront. They answer the phone promptly and will call you back if a member of staff is not available. I used the Strood Branch when we put our property on the market in September and within a couple of weeks we had a buyer. We had moved to the West Country in early September and did want someone local to keep an eye on our property which they did at no extra charge while the conveyance was progressing. Michelle was good giving up regular reports as to the process from both sites of the transaction until exchange and completion on 19th December. Thank you for your assistance and professional service to us, we were very grateful.

GoogleA huge thank you to Tony, Anthony, Scott and the team. They were professional and dilligent with the way they worked and found us a fantastic buyer very quickly. The booking of the viewings was seemless and wihtin days we have interest and viewings lined up. Hazel was our sales progressor and this was a big selling point for us because we wanted to be sure there was a dedicated person to help support us through this sale and Hazel was exactly that. We hit a few speed bumps along the way as expected with the sale of a leasehold flat but with the help of Hazel and the team in Welling these were quickly rectified and sailed through to completion without the need for me or my wife to be disrupted from our working lives. Thank you all at Welling Robinson Jackson. It is clear to see why they are the best in the business.

GoogleThis is the 2nd time i've used the Welling branch of Robinson Jackson and once again, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Tony and his team run a tight ship and were on hand to support me every step of the way. The entire process was faultless, all my questions (and there were a lot) were promptly answered and all paperwork and documentation was dealt with quickly and efficiently, they made the entire process very straightforward. My thanks go Tony & Scott for all their help and advice and to Sue and Anthony who managed the open day. I'd also like to extend my thanks to both Hazel and Adele for progressing the sale and keeping me up to date on a regular basis. I can definitely recommend RJ and wouldn't think twice about using them again.

GoogleFrom our initial meeting with Scott, to our moving day 6 months later, the whole R&J Welling team have been supportive, approachable, professional & patient! Our home was put on the market, had 15 viewings booked, and was sold within the first week. When two months down the line, we had a major setback, because our buyers could not fulfill their mortgage, Scott had our home back on the market, and sold again within the week! This was such a relief to us, as it allowed us to keep the house we had put an offer on. Tony, Scott, Anthony and their sales team all made time for us, and guided us through the stressful process with expertise and friendliness. The progression team Hazel and Adele were also always on the end of the phone, to help us with any questions and to keep us well informed. Towards exchange, they done everything they could to push things through as quickly as possible, to enable the chain to complete to everyone’s satisfaction. The whole team from start to finish done a great job. We have had excellent service and support from R&J, and send our thanks to everyone involved.
