GoogleRPMS manage 2 properties for me, their service is great, communication is good, they are fast and efficient and any problems they will sort for me. Before I used them to let and manage my properties, they managed a block of flats that I lived in, and then any problems I had with the building, carpark etc they were very helpful and made sure the problem was sorted.

They were managing agent for my rental property and the level of incompetence, unprofessionalisn, appaling customer service was shocking!Happy to take the fee but not happy to respect the contractual obligations!

GoogleBeen in a RPMS property over 2 yrs now and had a number of maintenance issues which had all be dealt with and approved by the Landlord on the property...full marks here but had to drop a star as not always the quickest response time wether that was down to the agency or maintenance not getting things right first time around ! That apart mostly satisfied...

Absolutely awful people. Fussy, rude, abrasive and extortionate. Avoid these people at all costs. Do not use this company for anything. There are far better, cheaper and more professional options.

Terrible letting agents from start to finish. Don't even know where to begin with my rant. Still waiting for a refund 9 months down the line. Would just advise all prospective tenants to avoid where possible.
