GoogleAn incredible service given! As a tenant one thing that I have struggled with previously is a lack responsiveness from estate agents when there are issues with a property. RPMS go above and beyond when solving issues and their efficiency is incredible. A very friendly team and very proactive in their approach. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have used RPMS over the last 9 years and have found them efficient, helpful, and thoroughly consistent throughout all departments. Most recently the lettings staff managed to let my apartment on the first viewing meaning I had a turn around time of less than a week between tenancies. I would definitely recommend this Letting agents.

GoogleThe worst agency you could deal with. It is very hard to get repairs done and the owner will rather try to blame you or a contractor than assume responsibility. The owner will lie on your face with all his teeth. The worst type of person you would ever want to deal with.

Recently taken over our previous letting agents and so far the service couldn't be worse. Rent payments made nearly a month late, communication horrific, no correspondence/ replies to numerous emails sent chasing payment. Do not use, would not recommend at all.

What does one have to do to get these agents to get back to you? Two phone calls and three emails and still nobody contacts as promised!! If I were a seller in the YORK area I would be very concerned as buyers can’t get appointments

GoogleAbsolutely terrible . After 7 years of renting with them they still do not care and try to get any money out of you that they can. Even when In a property with 2 condemned bathrooms they did not help or seem to care. Avoid like the plague.
