Tenants beware RUN!! Horrid 1 year experience in a property that was just a living nightmare with a landlord who could not care less for the welfare of their tenants not even a care in the world for a 6 month old baby who was left in freezing conditions with a broken window for 8 weeks over the winter months even after persistent messages to get this fixed for us! Absolutely rubbish branch and they really need to be careful on the landlords they chose to represent as it makes you look even worse.

I have just handed the keys in for my rented flat of two years.For the first time in 20 years of renting I have been advised that I have to pay for a clean & paint in order to get my deposit back.The flat -3 Kensington House,York had damp & rats which I complained about but the landlord refused to do anything about the damp.Rentokill killed the rats then my flat was full of thousands of flies which was I also complained about-I was told to buy fly killer.I have offered to go reclean & add 2 lightbulbs but apparently I am not allowed back in due to Linley & Simpsons policies.

By being honest and thoughtfull especially when someone's health is at risk..terrible service. Customer care needs improving.Absolutely disgusted..me and my partner turned up to view a property we both have health conditions..me myself type 1 with low immune system...we got there to find out that they had booked another party to view at the same time even though we had explained our situation to Linley and Simpson.. so we walked away from the viewing due to the health risk.. we called the office and got a snotty response from them..no respect and not a care for anyone's health..won't be using these again..hope if you use them they are a bit more honest and thoughtful with you..

I've had the pleasure of been looked after initially by Sharon and then by will. Both have been really helpful and nothing ever seems to an issue for them. I have had to report a couple of issues and each one was dealt with very quickly and painlessly. Really can't fault them.

GoogleI had very good communication from a lad called Will at the Beverley branch. He was very easy to talk to and answered any queries we had with great depth. He always got back to us in great time and was just a genuinely lovely person who made the viewing and process very easy.

After initially not receiving a video at the specified time by the agency I phoned up and discussed the issue with Zak Jilaani. He was really helpful and made sure to keep me on the phone whilst sending the video tour out to ensure that I had received it. Great customer service.
